By the way of Vietnamese Happy New Year is Dragon, Bright Quang, he'd predict to some events of the United States, Vietnam and the world that it is so-called opens the pen of a new year. He does not prophesy and a man, he would consider to realize to some eventful year if a man does not consider to his country, and worldwide, the man looks like a dead wood. Therefore, he'd like to realize to his world.
First of all, he'd realize to the event of electric president's term is 2012. The electric president American, he'd understand that President Barack Obama must be won the second terms easily. Because the American people and him would be seen the both foods that they are a loaf of bread and a packet of hotdog, we should be chosen a pack of hotdog is better than a loaf of bread. If we would choose a loaf of bread, we shall lament for the long run. As we understand that Republican Party is warlike temper, we would need the food, job and peace than the war, the jobless and the poor life. In fact, former President Bush has been spent the more ten thousand billions of the American taxes for the Iraq War since the forty millions of the American people are poor and while Republican party could not seem to consider them. Next, some presidential candidates of Republican Party are fallen by their collections in the past. It does not have any newest candidates in order to fight with President Obama. We should compare these Republic candidates and President Obama, we have been seeing for the best Obama is great than the Republic candidates.
In fact, the good, the true and the beautiful of President Obama are best more than the Republican candidates now.
Second, he would realize to his mother country when he has understood. The Vietnamese communist leaders have been worrying for the Vietnamese people's revolution in the year of Dragon. The communist party, is lost its promises by one's self while it has been protecting for its comrade-ships and trampling down the Vietnamese people. Therefore, the worry shall advance the struggle for reforming policy, so it should be following the neutral country, let its repay the freedom and democracy for its compatriot in order to portent its powers, interests and benefits. If not, the reform will not take place, its powers, interests and benefits of communist party will be lost all things by the Vietnamese revolution that will be occurred in the year of Dragon. The Vietnamese people do not only look down one's nose but also disbelieve the communist government policy, so the American president term is from 2012 to 2016 that the United States of policy will change the Vietnamese government because the US was dropped the South Vietnam, the US could be rebuilt Vietnam easily. Significantly, the unfairness, corruption and faction shall overthrow the communist party fallen. Its demagogy has been trapping for its people through some times have been reformed for its constitutions, Obviously, this time of communist party has been reforming the constitution for three years in order to cheating for the Vietnamese people because we have never had seen a government that reforms the constitution for three years as like Vietnamese communist government. It has told the reformed constitution in order to placate the Vietnamese animosity, let them corrupt and transfer their illegal properties out of Vietnam.
Third, he'd realize to the world's present of the Dragon 's year is peaceful more than in the past because this year the United States is busy to a general election and therefore, President Obama does not want any worldwide chaos. The Afghanistan War is waiting for the negotiations few sides of the war . When the Russian situation is the same as the Untied States, Prime Minister Putin is not yet coming to the power to be Russian President. He will make a stir's world after coming to the throne. According to Red Chinese does not dare a stir anywhere, it is only disturbing for the Vietnam sea, its is waiting for the United States that could be opening the green light. However, few countries are lacking the democracy and freedom, their people will be rebelling to struggle for freedom and democracy by the secret supported empires.
In conclusion, the common sights of some nations and worldwide of the Year of Dragon is calmly more than in the past. Perhaps, no one understands that the United States will take place the things after two hundred years later, because the one has been pluming oneself on one's skill. It cannot predict what will occur for the United States in the future. However, Bright Quang would predict the fate of the United States will come about after the two hundred years later, because he bases on some classical examples that these have taken place in the past. For example, the broken wars, the confidences and the ethics of the United States have been happened for over the two hundred years in the past. For that reasons, Bright Quang, he would think of the future of the United States is very important to his life, the American people and the human beings in the worldwide. Significantly, when he has stood an oath accepted this country is to be his second mother country of American, his duty and responsibility would warn everybody of An American broken dreams. In fact, as we should estimate an object, we ought to survey things of the past. From that, we ought to think of the future. The American wars have been happening for the human beings, the American government has been showing off its power. Next, the confidences of human beings of the American people are degrading up-to-the-minute and lastly, the American ethics seems to bankrupting of one's honor.
Second, the confidences are proud of super empires when they are communicating their doctrines in order to conquer the worldwide. But they'd not win all of the hearts of the human beings, their confidences are lost by a failure in policy. In fact, the United States has been displaying for few invaded wars, but it does not win any more. The hearts of American have given the wrong impression about one's self, its people would not believe the American government. And then, the foreign compatriots will not give ear to the United States, because the American confidences are surely not protected the foreign people by the American policy. The American confidences do not win their alliances. As we understand that one time is not confident, promised thousands will not be sure. As like Vietnam War, many presidential terms have solemnly promised with a weak government of Republic of Vietnam, but they have ever kept oneself. As a result, destroyed strong-holds of enemy, but not conquer all of the hearts of people, so the power cannot win bandit. The human heart of the American government is lost by the pride of American modern weapons. Even though, the American power has more modern weapons and super air-crafts, but could not win any invaded wars. It may destroy the cities of enemies, but does not kill the hearts of enemies. The confidence is the most significance if someone could not respect it, the one could lose all things.
Third, the American ethics is demolished a dreamy doctrine by Americanism, because according to super empire wishing controls the worldwide for the long run, it is perfect great than the others. It follows that is "In God We truth" while few of religious fathers secretly get married, but they until deceive with their cheep. As like former President Bush before invasion Iraq, he has told that he would obey God let him fight invading Iraq. In conclusion, because of the American and generations futures of the United States, we would worry for the American people in the future. We will truly consider to our American nation that what will things take place for two hundred years later. Because nowadays of Republic Party is always protecting for one percentage of the American richest, the Republicans are trampling down the ninety-nine percentages of the poor. I’d think of Amendment I that looks like the greatest wall that
protect for my weak life when I have took an oath under our American
Flag that I am loyal and patriotic to my second country’s the United
States of America. For example, I do not like any human rights one way
in order to trample the weakest down, because sometimes, my ideology
has been submitted for Human Right Center in the united States of
America, but it always denied my letters, and therefore; I would like

First of all, on November 30, 2007 I have got an accident when I have
got out of my son’s house in order to pick up the mails. That day I
have been creating for the story book, I have ever considered the

when my head is hurtful.

my head, and it has told me that the injury of my head. So, my doctor
who is Howard Belfer, MD, he does not give me drive any car for one
year that day is from on February22, 2008 to January 1, 2009. Since, I
have been giving ear to him for one year and I have ever had violation
the traffic of California law and the United States of America law.
After one year has gone, he has given me drive a car after he has
examination test my memories while treatment has never gave me any
medicines of head trauma.
In the meanwhile, I have reported my case to Department of Motor
Vehicle of State of California in order to recapture my driver license
let me find the job and help for my wife, my family and my
grandchildren, because they could need me help them.
Next, Department of Motor vehicle of State of California who is
Barbara Schmidt, she has handed out the DMV of Driver medical
Evaluation me, so my doctor Howard Belfer has given me drive car, I
have sent this to her office in 1377 Fell St, 2nd floor in San
Francisco. But after three months have gone, I have never had received
any letter from her. I have called to ask for there many times when
there has order me re-send another Driver Medical Evaluation, because
there has told that has never received my mail.
Luckily, I have held in the copy and sent it to there. She has sent a
letter to me in order to meet her worker who is Jack Chahal. I have
got there on time that is 9:45 AM. I have seen her, but she is reading
newspapers and listing to music. She has never considered my case.
After thirty minutes have gone, she has order me wait for her. After
approximately thirty minutes, she is speaking with her voice is Indian
English language when she asks “reject” yes or no. I was confused.
After that, she has told me the time is done and given me Notice of
Findings and decision that within three things:
She has decision me a mental condition. Second is your privilege to
operate a motor vehicle is withdrawn effective March 22, 2008 and
third is you may request a court review of action by writing a writ of
mandate in the superior court in your county of residence within 94
days from the date show below under the authority of vehicle code
Section 14401.
As a result, I have come to Superior Court of the State of California
in San Mateo, so it has given me the form and told me write in. But it
has asked me what did you violate the Traffic law? I answered, Dear,
No, I did not. It asks again why you need a writ of mandate.

writ of mandate and submitted it to the court when I have been waiting
for courtroom. But I have ever received any court orders, I have come
to the court on December of 2009 in order to request the courtroom
day. I have remembered the worker who told me the end year does not
have any scheduled day. So, it has given me on January 8, 2010. That
day it has never judged my case when I was staying in courtroom. The
policeman in courtroom has given me the telephone number is
(650)361-8300, but unsaying any more. So I do not know where telephone
has office, because I have called there more time, but it has told to
leave the message. I have made an appointment to meet the lawyer.
After that, it has sent me to meet lawyer on January 22, 2010. After
interviewing me, the lawyer Savas J.Loukedis has called to Department
of Motor Vehicles. Then, he told me that Department of Motor Vehicles
was mistaken in your case and he has suggested me appellate
jurisdiction is within the 60 days. However, I would like to ask about
the legal fees, so he has told me that the cost is 2,000.00 dollars. I
would say with him that I am unable to pay this cost, because I do not
violate any traffic laws. When my Doctor Howard Belfer, MD does not
give me drive any car, he is against me to drive car. Then I have
listened to him and I do not violate any criminal traffic law of State
of California. When my doctor gives me drive car, because he has
thought of my head trauma well and I have submitted the Driver Medical
Evaluation by Department of Motor vehicles him. I have authorized
driving car, but I should follow the procedures of Department of Motor
Vehicles, I would not drive in myself. Because I have ever had
implicated to the laws, I would manifest firm to determination of
driving bylaw of the car. In fact, these times Department of Motor
vehicles have ordered me to get a written test, so I have passed this
test and it has ordered me to get the driver test, I have passed the
test within one mistaken. So since, the requested test of Department
of Motor vehicle should need the eighty percentages that is “to pass,
you must have no marks in the CRITICAL ERROR section, and no more than
20 errors marked for Scoring Maneuvers.” As the evaluation result is
not to have number of errors, he has marked this “DQ”, because the

In fact, the Barbara Schmidt Driver Safety manager does not only
understand the California laws of traffic than me but also realizes
about human rights, freedom, dignity and honor of the Californian and
American people when she has tried to trample down my own life.
Accordingly, after driving test has done, she has ordered me to meet
her in her office on March 16, 2010. When she has performed the rule
that needs the 80%, she gave passed the driver test. Then, she forgot
“A bad beginning makes a good ending.” Because she has been carrying
out the traffic laws, she did not give me re-driver test that is the
same as all of the Californian drivers. Since they have been taking
driver testing more and more times until she or he has passed the
driver test without limitless.
At this time, she has ordered me to meet my doctor Aviles within ten
days for sign’s DMV of Driver Medical Evaluation that I should report
this to her. As she has known the Californians procedures, she has
understanding that the Californian business has never valuated
procedures within ten days’ appointment in visited doctor. If the
American and Californian people should make an appointment to meet
their doctors at least the two months, they do not have any emergency.
When she did know me unable to request my Doctor Aviles within ten
days, she has tried to push me to a corner of wall without outlet.
Because I would request my doctor signs valuation of my health record,
I should wait for at least two months or long time. However, my duty
and responsibility quickly request my doctor Aviles on March 19th
2010. So my doctor has received my form’s DMV of Driver Medical
Evaluation. She has told me, “When I have done this, I ought to call
you.” Until on May 6th 2010, my doctor has called given me the DMV of
Driver Medical Evaluation. For I quickly sent this to the Barbara
Schmidt Driver Safety manager I by the US mailing, I would hope to
waiting for her answers.
Ironically, On May 10th 2010, I have received her letter’s dated April
19th 2010; her notice is Findings that contain within the five
criminal traffic laws of my case, she accused me violate the traffic
law.

called for many times to her office and explained my Medical Record
has had sent already, but there has requested me for sending second
times’ mailing.
Third, she has suspended my driver license effective 01/12/2010.
Fourth, you are entitled to a department review of this decision
This was unequal to my case, because I have passed her requests driver
test. But she tries to trample me down to dregs of American society,
she did not consider to my role. Because of I do not have driver
license, I did not do any things. She wished to destroy my happiness,
job and social activities.
Fifth, you may request a court review of this action by filling a writ
of mandate again. Actually, she has known the superior Court in San
Mateo did not judge my case, but she gave orders again.
Especially, her notice of findings and decision on September 22nd
2009, she and Jackie Chahal have decided me to be mental condition
In their decision is not correct to my case, because they do not
authorize for resulting my injury mental condition when my doctors who
have had confirmed that my head trauma is well.
In condition, they are not making doctors when they do not review to
my Medical Reports that has been sent them for many times. I could not
know how to their duties and responsibilities that she was hurry to
decide me get mental condition. Let them abridge my human right,
freedom, dignity and face. They have pushed me to dregs of society,
destroyed all of my personal rights, and put me to a corner of wall
without outlet, so my soul, heart, mind and brain are very hurtful
since I have become an imprisoned criminal traffic law without goal,
because I have ever had driving car’s accident. I have sometimes not
wanted to live again, because my body does not help for my wife,
children, and grandchildren since I am ahead of my family. In fact, my
social activities are abridged by the Barbara Schmidt driver Safety
Manager I when she was purposely or indifferent destroying the great

Sorrowfully, from the days of Department of Motor Vehicles have taken
over my driver license, so I am very lamenting all of my soul, brain,
mind, heart and body while I am lost my freedom, dignity, honor,
because I’ve been publishing for the eighth books in our country is
the United States of America and since I could not organize the book
signing anywhere and exhibiting my pieces of artwork anywhere when I’ve created
approximately one hundreds objects as like the paintings, landscapes,
and bronze statues. I could not earn any penny, because I am lost the
freedom, dignity, human right by the Barbara Schmidt. If I did not
lose my personal life, I ought to earn good money when I could sell my
works if the human beings do not think of me have mental condition by
the Barbara Schmidt’s decision me.
On the contrary, if the Barbara Schmidt Driver Safety Manager could

is the same as one. The Vietnamese soldiers have been gotten salary,

the American Congress. Since we are different color, but we have been

government because the American people have been invaded Vietnam for

soldiers and officers have been hired for fighting of Vietnam War by

the Vietnamese soldiers and officers, have truthfully been made

Vietnam War. Since we would loyally argue with Americanism, because
the American Congress and the American government have been supported
us for thirty years in war that we have gotten high salary, beautiful
uniforms and modern weapons let us fight with communism. Ironically,
while the Kissinger has squeezed lemon water out, then thrown lemon
skin by his unkind heart, because he has sharked hands with Red China
and then he has sold off us to communism without pity. Anyhow the
Kissinger must be off protection’s American interests, he has trampled
down the American morality, the American justice and the American of
human dignity. Besides that, he has unkindly been abridged Vietnamese
American soldiers and officers of their rights, because he has signed
Paris of peace in January 27, 1973 that he has torn it to garbage of
the American Society. After that, he lives on the fat of the land,
does not consider to any suffers, injuries, prisoners and deaths of
Southern soldiers and officers and he is satisfied for 25,000,000.00

Therefore, I would like to appellate my case to United States

First of all, I have applied for SSI, so you have denied already that I did not apply again. I have now been applying for SSA. As you know different between SSI and SSA than me knowing, but I want to make sure with you that I would apply for SSA, because you have known that we live in one nation and one constitution. Thus, you have understood that our American government had been invade Vietnam form 1945 to 1975 by our American constitution so-called of American congress had been released many laws for the Vietnam War. For that reason, I was to be paid soldier of Our Americanism from 1967 to 1982, because I was received salary, uniform cloths, and guns and imprison by our Americanism. Significantly, I have been applying benefit of young retirement or so-called is SSA to follow the form you had sent it to me. If you have realized that our American nation did not invade to Vietnam, you could not offer any benefit that is right. I have never authorized to claim you any more.
Second, our nation is rich more than my former Vietnam land, your level of education is great than my ideology. However, you had invaded my former country, hired me to fight against to communism form former President Harry S. Truman, his term was 1945 to 1953, but you do not dare pay for Imprisoned Benefit Insurance when you have been representing for your great of the USA. You do not realize to exploit of my bone and blood since I am poor more than you are. Therefore, I would not need to do for enslave again, because I want to young retirement let me do for my life is better than enslavement of our Americanism and that I have applied for SSA without SSI.

Here are some reasons that I would like to re-submit to you in order to fairly survey to my case when my soul, brain, mind, body and life are hurtful by the unfairness policy and therefore I would like to petition you for helping me when I am abridged my own freedom by the Department of Motor vehicles of the State of California.
First, on November 7, 2007, I suddenly got injury in my head, so I went to hospital center in San Mateo and then my doctor who is Howard Beffer does not give me drive any car from November 7, 2007 to January 1, 2009. Significantly, I have obeyed my doctor because he has been treated for my injury for within one year thus I am the best of Vietnamese American writer and artist in order to express one. Therefore all the way through me have never had violated any American law and the California law of DMV.
Second, in the same time, I was working with the DMV in Redwood City and in San Francisco, but they did not consider to my case, because they have thought me to be an unlearned man in the United States of America For example, DMV in Redwood City gave an order me to meet at 9.15 AM, I got there on time, but the worker who did not work with me when she was reading the newspapers and listing with music. On the other hand, DMV of San Francisco was unfair to me and in fact I have submitted the Driver Medical Evaluation of DMV of Doctor Howard Beffer when my doctor who has given me drive car, but DMV of San Francisco has thrown my document to garbage. It did not consider to my case after I have been requesting it for many times and then it told me to re-submitting. Moreover, when it was reviewed my document, it gave an order me to take the writing test by the English language when I passed it. Next, it gave an order me to take driver test, so I got 90 percentages, but it gave me failed when the Californian drivers have earned form 70% to pass the driver tests. Significantly, it did not give me to take the second test as like many Californians when I have sent my second Driver Medical evaluation by my doctor family who is Jeanette Aviles, so I have submitted it to it, but it re-gave an order to take over my driver silence and against me petition to supreme court in California when it told me to writ of mandate in San Mateo court when the court of San Mateo did not judge for my case. However, the court in San Mateo gave an order me to attention the people court.
Finally, I would submit me case to you because I was unemployment, did not earn any income in living or go back to school in order to retrain my job in university. Therefore, I would like to need you review my case and I would think that you are fair more than them have discriminated race me. Second, as you know that they self decided me to be a mental case in order to kill my life and to destroy my family because the police do not consider any mental case in the State of California when they meet me as mental case as you know some Vietnamese mental cases were killed by the American police in San Jose in the past. Next, they have made ashamed me because I am to be a mental condition and dregs of American society, so my property of writer and artist were lost any thing by the discrimination of DMV in San Francisco and Redwood City
On the other hand, while an honest man, a best of citizen and poor artist, the DMV has strongly been forcing me to be committed a crime not only go to court but also force me pay the high court to claim the court. The DMV of San Francisco and ....Redwood City.... do not only destroy my happy family but also push my life to the deepest mud. Instead of the best government should put forward an honest man to be had a high place in the United States of American because I was imprisoned of the America War. I was lost my freedom and authorship, so the United States of government brought me here, as the government does not only help me to build dream a new life in modern country but also support me to have a happy family, but the government has been trying to get the kick me to be homeless man and to abridge whole of my own freedom rights as it goes against to Constitution Amendment I of the American constitution and does not consider many of my hurts of soul, mind, brain and body in order to push me to a corner of wall without outlet. I think of the American laws should be punish the American crimes, but not punish any honest man as like me because the United States of America is supper empire.

I decided to leave Vietnam on November 22, 1993, to gain freedom of speech, to protect the future of my children, and to recapture a dream. My freedom of speech was like the air I needed to breathe daily in my lungs. The future of my children should be like the sky with the sun. If my children have no future, their lives would look like black night. My dream is the course of my life. It is the same an opening flower on the tree if the tree does not open flower it is nothingness.
I decided to leave Vietnam, because I lost the freedom of speech. In fact, I lost the freedom to author my book of poems and stories, because the Vietnamese communist suppressed me more and more often. For example, after I went home from the concentration camp, the spies of the communists inspected my house many times. When I wrote a poem, my wife and my sons watched the detectives of the communists. To make sure they did not come into my house. I wrote a book of Vietnamese poems. It had done 27,000 sentences when I sat inside a big cardboard box with the little light. However, the communists did not allow my to publish it. In addition, I lost my freedom of thought when I created art. For example, in 1989 I created a statue of brass. Its title is PEACE, but the Vietnamese communists did not let me exhibit it. Thus, they said, “You are an ex political prisoner, so you can’t exhibit your artwork.” I also wanted to institute a Sculpture’s Guild in Hue Hue City. However, the communists would not allow me to create my sculpture Guild. After one month many fellows and I asked the communists in Hue City. If we could open a forum of the Poets Guild in Hue City in 1982, they answered, “You are losing your civilian right, so you can’t open a forum of the poet.” The communists also threatened us, because we were the ex political prisoner. “Do you want to be returned to concentration camp, Don’t you?”
Second, I decided to leave Vietnam, because I wanted to protect the future of my children. The communists did not allow my first and second daughters to enroll in college, and they said, “Your family and relatives are not allowed to enroll in college for three generations. This is because your father was a lieutenant of the South Vietnam.” The Vietnamese communists did not allow my children the freedom to stay in the city. For example, in 1982 my daughter trained for a job in Saigon City, “Ho Chi Minh City”, but the communists told my daughter, “You are the daughter of an ex political prisoner, so you can’t live in the central city.” The Vietnamese communists suppressed my family when South Vietnam was Fell in April 1975 by the American hand off policy. They nationalized all my properties in Quang Ngai City, and they fold my wife, “Your family can not live here, because your husband was a lieutenant of South Vietnam. You must now live in the poor soil of the highland. In the highland of Quang ngai, around the new house of my wife was many squirming old mountains; as the biggest mosquitoes, and a lot of cruel tigers; as a result, my wife and five children escaped from the hamlet of the old mountains. They fled to Hue City, to live with her parents. For one year they lived there in 1976.
Finally, I decided to leave Vietnam, because I need to nourish a dream. I longed to come to the United States where, I would like to recall to the United States of Justice, and dream asked for Americanism is valued by the American Justice, or Americanism is to be nothing, because Americanism must not invade any independent countries in the world as like Vietnamese Land, and while Americanism has been protected its country in order to protect its American happiness, but Americanism has trample others happiness down as like the Vietnamese people. Everybody in the world must know the American justice. It does not only discriminate me but it also uses its power in order to prohibit to my right struggle for the American justice. I dreamed of reporting my point of view. For example, Americanism invaded Vietnam from 1945 to 1975, and it killed Vietnamese President Ngo Diem when he and American president were together eating one holy cake of Jesus, adoring with a God and drinking together holy water, but they had each owned nations. After Americanism destroyed the Vietnamese land and people by their cruel hand off policy, former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger declared and said, “Vietnam failures We Did to Ourselves.” Also, I struggled for the American Justice, but the United States of Justice had exculpated of Vietnam War. I am ready to dedicate one part of the rest my life to mankind. People could read my books and know about the crimes of communism and Americanism from 1975 to now. My dream could be achieved by my sixth books.
To conclude, thirty six years ago, the Vietnamese communists suppressed my people when I am discriminated by the unfairness policy in the United States of America. I decided to leave Vietnam to find freedom, my children future, and my dream’s struggle in the United States of America in order to recapture of Vietnamese honor, dignity and character when I had to leave my beautiful houses, lovely relatives, and wonderful countryside. I bought freedom for a big price.

When I lived in Vietnam, I looked forward to the United States of America that it had many colleges of Laws in order to protect to the American people and the human beings, so I was esteemed this modern country and I wished to live here, but when I came to the United States of America, I became American citizen, graduated from the California State University, so I realized that this country did not have any College of Law. Why am I daring realized to this college? Because as we know that the schools of laws have been teaching for the Students that they have learned the American laws, they are to first accept the best of know ledges of studying laws. For example, a farmer who sows an orange seed, he wishes to harvest the orange fruits. He uses it and after that he spreads to mankind who uses this sweet orange. As the human beings do not only thank to the farmer but also use for the medicine, the humankinds get strong health. Next, the American students enroll to these Colleges of Laws; they firstly do one’s self in order to make a good citizen. They have ever had violation to any national laws in order to protect a peaceful American society. As the nation should be proud of her honorable people, the US has its modern people. Third, the Students after graduate from Universities of Laws, they have become so many best of Lawyers. They should help for the weakest men, because they are unlucky to enroll to any American university in order to improve the cognition. Finally, the students could be the worth of lawyers, they could help their nations and for example, they volunteer service for their nations as like congressmen or senators or president, because the face of nation is the most important thing when their country is super emperor of the worldwide. As a result, the United States of America has been built for many Universities of Laws, but in my opinion the American Universities of Laws are to be Colleges of Powers that is right more than College of laws.
First of all, the American students have enrolled these Colleges of Laws when they have hardly been studied for many years of Colleges of Laws. But after graduating from their Schools of Laws, They have repaid their cognitions to their schools of Laws. For example, Form Secretary of State of Henry Kissinger, he has become a talented lawyer. He is well-known, but the studying laws of him has left behind of dregs of American society, because he is to be selfish and egocentrism. If the American government of financial aid helps for the American homeless, we think that is very good help. Because the American society could not have any homeless, the American nation is super emperor of the worldwide, but her people are to have few of homeless. The American face is ashamed and not correspondence to super emperor of worldwide. In fact, the Kissinger lawyer is famous, but he is betrayed ones’ self. He has left his studied laws behind of the social garbage when he has signed the Paris treaty of Vietnam War. But he has torn this international accord, he does not only trample the American face down but he has changed his school of law to be college of power. Finally, the American lawyer, the Kissinger does not have effect one’s self, so he is to be worst of American lawyer. Because he lives on the fat of the land, he has protected for his own happiness when he does not consider for any other men. For example, he has been pursued for his own joyfulness, but he did not love any young Americans and another. As we know to Vietnam War, the Kissinger strategy has killed so much of Southern soldiers who have died by the American cut and run out off South Vietnam. The more than 300,000.00 southern officers were sent to put to the communist jails when he lives in the rich country, so his mouth has openly laughed; he is joyful to the Southern soldiers deadly.
The more of American students are to be volunteering for helping their nation after they are to be lawyers, but they have changed their schools of Laws to be colleges of power. As we realize to be securing against attacked nation, our nation is to have justice of laws, because we have patriots act. In fact, we have had Patriots Act that is justice and we understand to other countries that they also are the same as us. Because we have difficultly been defeated many foreign countries out of the United States of America in the past, we have rights to protect our nation and people. On the other hands, we have been made the invasion of law to other country that as like Vietnam land. Because our rich country is esteemed by the American people, we do not respect to Vietnam land and people. Why did we invade to Vietnam land? What did the reason of us invade to Vietnam? And why do we not respect to Vietnamese sovereignty when the America Colleges of laws what did they teach the American students of laws? Obviously, we, the American students of laws have self changed the names of schools of Laws. Because we study laws, we understand laws, and then we have carried out correctly that we, before decision, go to enroll at Schools of Laws. If we, the American students of Laws, do not learn by heart the American Laws in the Schools of Laws, we, the American students of Laws are to be many best televisions, because the these do not only receive the information, they have released correctly when they do not have any brain as like the American students of Laws. Finally, The American College of laws have been taught about the laws of benefits Imprisoned Insurance if the American soldiers have prisoners of wars. However, the American government has had the law of invasion of foreign country as like Vietnam War. When the Vietnamese people did not terrorize to the United States of America, it did not invade to our nation. But the United State of America has forgotten a story says “A bad beginning makes a good ending.” Because we have patriot act, we do not keep this. We have invaded to Vietnam for long run and then we have played the hands off policy. We trampled of our laws to ourselves. We have cheated them as like American scholars are deceiving many younger of the unlearned children.
In conclusion, in my point of view has realized to American Colleges of Laws that they have changed for the American Schools of powers that is right more than the schools of laws. Because Americanism bases on its justice of Laws in order to win all of the hearts of the human beings, Americanism is to be freedom, democrat and justice, but these things are demagogic. Let us prove one’s goodwill. First, the freedom is to have in the United States of America, but our nation did not want other country to have freedom as like us. In fact, the American legislative powers have been known for Vietnam War than others, because the American government has been invasion to Vietnam form 1945 to 1975. As Americanism has understood about barbarous communism, but Americanism has threw the three hundred thousands of Southern officers to barbarous communism. Obviously, Americanism looks like zoological trainers that they throw many young deer to the cruel tigers in the zoo. For example, in the United States of America has laws of punishment if some one destroys other properties as like the one destroys others car. The police arrest this one, so the American court gives order to compensate for the injurer of one. As we, the American people and the human world, have realized to Vietnam War that I am imprisoned for a half and six years in the communist jails by the American invasion, but the American government could not compensate any pennies to my injury. Significantly, the terrorist has attacked to kill for the three thousands of the American citizens and both buildings. The American government has been spent more than ten thousands of billions dollars in order to revenge it. However, the United States of America has strongly been invaded Vietnam for thirty years in the past, so the USA has betrayed its alliance of South Vietnam, and the twenty five millions of Vietnam people to barbarous Vietnamese of communist government, because Americanism does not want other human beings that they enjoy the democrat. Finally, the American justice is selfish, because Americanism have been refined some of international doctrines as like communism, capitalism and Islamism, let’s create to be Americanism in order to lead the whole world, but the Americanism does not respect any foreign sovereignties as like Lao, Cambodia and Vietnam. Especially, as I am an honest and innocent American citizen, I do not violate any Californian and American laws, but the American powers have been taken over my freedoms, my honors and my face. The powers have trampled my human dignity down to dregs of the American society. If the American justice could not violate to other countries, so no one attacks to the American nation, because the American song is singing, “I love you and you love me.” Why do we love each other to be hating and war?

Significantly, I am the best citizen in the United State of America because I have been living here for more than fifteen years, I have never had violate to any Californian law and the American law because I am a honest Vietnamese American writer and artist and am not only dedicate my clear ideology to my second country but also keep with the best citizen. In fact, I have said �The great hope of American society is individual character. Therefore, my life is not to be a brick, which lies under dirty mud. Instead, I see my life as a brick, which supports the building of the American democracy.� And therefore, I do struggle with your unfairness policy.
Third, I was wounding my head, and then; I ought to obey to my doctor when he did not give me to drive any car. While treating my head, not violating to any law of the Californian State, and not driving any car, I have self-esteem because I live in the modern nation. Moreover, when my wounded head has gone, my doctor who has given me to drive car, and then; I have to follow the Californian laws because my doctors who were confirmed that I was not having any mental case. But you, DMV has discriminated race to me since you did not give me to drive any car because your unfairness policy tramples the poor and weak down as like me. For example, when meeting you, you did not consider to my case, you were listening to music and reading the newspapers, and you did not work with me because you defied the Californian people. However, you did not realize that your salary has been getting from the tax of the Californian people who have paid with high tax let you have your luxury and rich than the Californian labors.
Fourth, you told me to report my medicine record, but you did not review my document because your duty did not consider to any Californian citizen since you have had garbage my document. On the other hand, when requesting you more times, you give an order me to re-submit my document to you. Perhaps, your life has been living on the blood and bone of the Californian labors and you have not understand to any suffering of the Californian people who have been spending more times in order to take the document form their doctors when you have given an order. Next, to follow the California law that one driver ought to have three times for written and driver testing. However, I have gotten for one time of driver testing, so you did not give me to take second time; or third times at what time you have given an order me to go to Supreme Court for writ of mandate. Finally, you repeatedly push me to the end of way without outlet because you have simple decided me to be mental condition in order to push me to the dregs of American society.

Then, you have promised to tell me to take second testing, but you did not keep your promise with me. Next, you understand that the California people have job to work, as a result; they ought to earn good money, and then; they have to pay the more taxes, and so; you must get high salary, but you do not want the Californian people who could do that and therefore the California people should be homeless, jobless, and prisoner. When having homeless, jobless and more crimes, you did not get any tax, therefore; State of California must have bankruptcy because your unfairness policy makes to be unemployment crowded more than others states in the United States of America and the jails are more than the University.
Finally, your unfairness policy pushes the Californian people to be criminal men than the Californian students. Significantly, you should understand that your unfairness policy has provided for deviated morality, degraded justice, and increased discrimination race, so the outcome is State of California is be economy bankruptcy and a lot of unemployment because you have ruled the Californian people by your demagogy as like I do not violate to any Californian law, but you are suspension me and pushing me to the end of path without outlet. Therefore, I must struggle with your demagogic policy because the American justice has declared, �The pen is mightier than the gun.�

Thanking for you so much when I would proudly get your letter on July 13, 2010 sending to me and to follow your allow for me have a good chance to contract with you, while my heart, soul, body and mind have been hurtful for my fate and sometimes I will not be lived again because my life is pushed to the corner of a wall without outlet by the powerful. However, I have gotten your letter and I would seem to my life is like the fish with water. Here are some questions I would like to petition you in order to help me. :
First, I am a Vietnamese American of the honest and innocent of writer, artist and poet and do not wish to dispute over rights with everyone, because after Vietnam War has done, my life is realized to the power and the weakest by some of empires. Therefore, I have wished to rebuild the honest life without animosity and war, and I do not only follow the first Amendment of the United States of America. Second, in my opinion that my life is opening to the bright future when I became a Vietnamese American citizen of an honest and innocent of Vietnamese American writer, artist, poet, because I am very lucky to become an honest and innocent civilian of the modern America, but I am disappointed my dream when my freedom was lost by the powerful. :
Third, I would self like to take an oath with you by the true because my sad case is the really true, so I would like to submit this to you in order to need help.
For example, On November 7, 2007 I suddenly got accident on my head when I was creating a long story of poetry in my home, so I remembered to get mail in the mailbox. When I was stepping down the front door, I was fallen by the raining water, which was standing too long on the steps door, it made me fall. After one week has gone, I was made fever by my accident, so my daughter who brought me to hospital center in San Mateo, so my doctor who was Belffer, he did not give me drive any car. :
Fourth, I would obey him in this time when I did not violate any traffic law of the DMV. However, DMV of state of California was probation to takeover my driver license until my doctor who would give me drive a car gain, but the DMV did not agree with my doctor, so it gave an order me to take the written test and I passed this test, but it did not give me drive any car and while it continued to give an ordered me to take the drive test, but I did not fast for first time because I had a mistaken and it did not give me take the second times or three as like every Californians when it self decided me to be mental condition, lack of skill and knowledge in order to abridge the right of my freedom. :
In conclusion, in my case what can I recapture my drive license when I am unemployment, so I would need my freedom in order to find the job and act for my art? But the court of San Mateo denied my petition; I would like you to give me take a part of American justice, because I do need the freedom in order to stand up and to make a good life. :

My opinion of Vietnam's situation

Would you know the American powers said when it strongly invaded to first Vietnam from 1946 to 1975 and now it wants to invade for second times from 2010 to the future? According to me I did not like the Vietnamese communist government. However, all of injuries are today that is belonged of the American government, because it thought the Vietnamese people that were weakest and it always invaded and sowed many suffers for the Vietnamese people.
You know the Secretary of State Kissinger has said, " Vietnam failure� we did to ourselves" The American power thought Vietnamese land looks like an American casino that it easily wants to come and does not want to get out, so it cuts and runs out as like 1975. The USA Policy looks like a cheater of the world.
In fact, The East Sea of Vietnam is belonged of Vietnam when Chinese communist invaded in 1974, so the USA did not help for South Vietnam when it and South Vietnam were allied.
Today, the USA will be gone the battles of Iraq and Afghanistan, it will not have the best of battlefields and therefore, it needs the Vietnamese land it is the best of battlefield in order to consume the oldest weapons of the USA and It will need the Vietnamese people and Chinese people that will take place war in the future. Therefore it wants to persuade the Vietnamese people are against to Chinese people.
If the USA is truly against to Chinese government, it did not drop the Paris treaty and not want to cut the head of President Nguyen Van Thieu, not betray the South troops and people. If it loves the Vietnamese people, it should help the Vietnamese people when the Vietnamese communists have been oppressing the Vietnamese religions for 35 years ago. You know that before 1963 that President Ngo Diem did not trample Vietnamese religions to look like Vietnamese communist, so the USA has communicated this case in order to kill as you know this. When the USA protects its independent country, it freely tramples down other independent countries, freedom and democracy as like South Vietnam.
I did not like the Vietnamese communist, but I should believe it will be better in the future, so the Vietnamese communist will be reformed its policy than now and avoided war and invasion of the foreign. My idea looks like leader Indian Gandhi when he lives together his enemy in order to struggle with the powers.
Special Southern people can't let the USA that will be cheated us the second times as like April 30, 1975. We should understand that the USA is super empire in the world, but it has cheated a small nation as like Vietnam.

Rebuilding a new life
While releasing from the concentration camps in Vietnam,
returning home was lost his family, sailing in the open sea, and
coming to the United States of America, John was rebuilt his
life in the United States of America. When his first age of from
25 to 40 of John’s life was dedicated for unreason war by
factionalism of South Vietnam, his life was plain white in his
hands. He could not even image that it was to be nothing because
his beautiful wife and his wonderful children were lost by the
war of the cruel foreign policy coming to his country, but lucky
of John life was hopeful to the American conscience policy that
it should be compensated to all of the Vietnamese officials who
were sacrificed their spiritual, honorable, body and lost one’s
life by the war of American foreign policy after the US shook
hands with the red China in 1972. It was ready for a selling out
of all of the South Vietnam to intentional communist when it
used its hands off policy, but it turned on the green light for
the Red China that took the place of Paracel and Spratley
Islands of Vietnam because when the French colonial took place
over Vietnamese land and Ching dynasty agreed to

sign a treaty. They recognized both Islands to be sovereignty of
state of Vietnamese land before the French troops left Vietnam
in 1954, the French government handed over the control of
Paracel Islands to the Republic of Vietnam, which followed the

troops and militia for controlling some parts of Paracel Islands
of Vietnamese land. In 1956, the People’s Republic of China
claimed its control of Woody Island in Paracel Island and sent
troops and militia to the islands of Vietnamese land. The
Chinese troops and militia were then defeated by South
Vietnamese marines, which republic of soldiers’ Vietnam
recaptured its Islands in the same year. At this time, The
American government re-sold them off to Red China. In 1958, the
People’s Republic of China took advantage of Vietnam war with
the United States of America, announced its claim of sovereignty
over Red china, which were Paracel and Spratley Islands for
belong of red Chinese sovereignty. On September 22, 1958, the
people newspapers of northern, declared Pham Van Dong’s letter
who was Prime Minister of Vietnamese communist government, and
made sure, which both islands’ sovereignty were belonged to
people’s republic of China in order to entreat China for its
financial help to North Vietnam, while Northern Vietnam had been
fighting with Southern Vietnam. However, the recognition of
Vietnamese communist government was not legally valid because
according to Geneva treaty signed in 1954 by the Vietnamese
sovereignty was divided

by both Republic of Vietnam and Social Democratic of republic of
Vietnam that they were to be factionalists of Capitalism and
communism. Other the hand, the relationship between the
individual Pham Van Dong and others state was unvalued to offer

unlearned Vietnamese people, but they would not help their
people who raise their knowledge, civilization, science,
education, technically. On the other hand, they have been
disputing over rights to each others, destroying their
fatherland, and having gone of follows to their foreign
countries like this the descendant of Nguyen dynasty

from 1885 when the French troops invaded to take Vietnamese land
over, some of Nguyen Dynasty and few revolutionaries of
Vietnamese people, who had been following to the foreign of
Ching dynasty policy in order to expel the French invaders out
of Vietnamese land for long times, but they did not get
successfully in their goals. After that, Ho Chi Minh must find
to a new foreign of Intentional communist who had been applying
his barbarous communist policy in order to against the French

American betrayed him when it cut and runaway out of Vietnamese
land, left’s loyal to his allies, and destroyed all of Republic
of Vietnam in 1975. Finally, factionalism of Vietnamese

finally followed his Chinese communist government. All of
Vietnamese leaders who had been built so much animosity for the
Vietnamese people who got so much sufferings. John thought that
he came to the United States of America, could hope his allies
will should be compensated to his merits in the past when John,
very close, the American soldiers, were fighting against the
Vietnamese communist on the Vietnam’s battlefields. However,
John sailed in the open sea to the United States in order to
find freedom when John was lost by the United States who left
its ally. John came here, knew how to behave that looked like a
beggar met a cruel millionaire because john did not get any
benefit of soldier of prisoner insurance when John returned to
his mother country of American. His loved American justice was
exchanged by an ungrateful fellow. Therefore, John had to claim
to the American Supreme Court in order retake of the American
justice due to the fact that his sacrifices were protected for
substantive rights of the American people by the Vietnamese
soldiers’ bleedings.
To talk about Sender’s daughter who was an American presiding
judge after fifteen years following studied in the law School of
City College of San Francisco, she has been judged the case of
John for one year, a tall woman, her oval face, and her long
hair looked like a group of cloud, which was drifting on the
blue sky, who was a Sander Aviles presiding judge. After

has been judging many criminal cases of heinous crimes like this

conscience, requesting of compensation of his imprisoned
insurance when the United States of America invading to Vietnam
for nearby twenty-five years and after that it cut and runaway
in itself, leaving many Vietnamese soldiers who together fought
with the American soldiers. The American government was not only
leaving him on the Vietnamese communist rival battlefield but
also did not give him any advance notice to him before it cut
and ran out of Vietnamese land. While the American soldiers,

carefully studying about the American laws, morality, and
racialism because she was a Vietnamese-American presiding Judge,
so John’s plaintiff was a Vietnamese-American of political
prisoner of conscience when he had returned to his mother
country of American. For the reason that consideration to the
feeling and reason that the United States of American must be
compensated to his John’s danger when his time’s jail, it was
right because the American government invaded Vietnam in itself
while the powerful was taken over the weakest, the power had
deceived the weak, and the American rights cut and ran off the
weakest without notice foretell him due to the fact that the
international law and law of war did not give us betray our

the supreme court in San Francisco, the guestroom had more than
three hundreds people who were everywhere invited in Sacramento
county and San Jose county the supreme court of San Francisco,
they were the people assessor, coming to the guestroom at 8:00
Am, the court’s employee count one by one and interviewing them.
Coming up 12:00 Noon, the court’s employee was selected all of
them and chose one of three totally people. The employee
declared that they went home, but one of three was chosen by
file clerk they should be returned to court room at 1:00 PM on
the second floor for on time. When the people assessor coming up
1:00Pm at the court room and John’s plaintiff sat in a first row
on the left room, but he did have any lawyer who could help
behind him, having a lot of people who were curious because this
was a special event of the American court when a Vietnamese
American presiding judge who umpired a Vietnamese political
prisoner of conscience. While Sender Aviles presiding judge
coming on to the court room, the police standing next to the
desk of presiding judge, and the legal department employee
calling for everybody standing up in order to take and oath
before the American presiding judge come presenting for the

creative equal.”
Presiding Judge said, “Which were you to be unequal? John said,”

First of all, the American government is unequal policy in
Vietnam because each race in the world has its owned sovereignty

American Revolution took place in 1779 when the calling of

in itself? The treaty of peace in Vietnam when the United States
of government had signed it, which was not valued less than a
receipt of the American marketing because the receipt was
validly exchanged when I bought wrong thing, but the American
dignity and honor were thrown it into the treaty of Paris of
peace in Vietnam, which was nothing to do, your government has
torn it a way that your government has, the Vietnamese people,
the Vietnamese soldiers, and American allies deceived by the
treaty of peace in Paris on Jan.23, 1973 since the American law,
American constitution, and American justice have severely been
punishing the one who lied and deceived to each other, but why
the United States of America deceived me? Because the United
States of America looked like a great man or great scholars who
deceived a younger body like as I was deceived by the United
States of government. While, the United States of America
knowing to deceive, leaving so much sufferings, which were not
only me loading heavily, but also my family burden so

my children lost their father, I was lost my wife, and my family
hopes were broken up and how do think about happiness when you
and your people are peacefully living with luxury life without
sufferings, yet my body was jailed, ashamed and my family was
broken up. Do you think how when you threw your allies to the
cruel tiger’s mouth? All of sufferings, painfulness, miserably
in live that’s reason your American government had built them up
in Vietnam. For example, after your government was torn the
treaty in Paris of peace in Vietnam, the Vietnamese communist
government alive buried so many Vietnamese officials who were
your allies and nearly all of us were put to jail without future
of the opinion that the Vietnamese communist police killed my
friend’s prisoner only he did not tell any information of the
South government to him. The Vietnamese communist police killed
him, buried him behind the concentration camp. In 1978 his wife
was from Saigon City visiting her husband to Highland of North
Vietnam, but the Vietnamese communist manager did not give his
wife who visited her husband. The wife did not agree with them,
she was struggling with them by her wise idea. In the end, the
Vietnamese communist showed a grave, which tomb was buried in
the deep forest of the concentration camp. She came to visit it,
lay down next to her husband’s tomb was crying, lamented, and
bewailed in her for three days and nights under the cold wind
and rain. After that, the Vietnamese communist

here and crying more times, before leaving her husband’s tomb,
she cut her hair burying under her husband’s grave. Next second
years, she brought food and incenses and candles, put them on
her husband’s tomb, lamented, and said:

While, crying with her husband’s tomb, the Vietnamese communist
police touching with pity, and telling she leaving this area
when after three days she made ceremonial offerings her

husband, she left her husband’s tomb walked to Hanoi City and
went to Saigon City. The way got her for one month. Her mother
was nourishing her children in starving because the communist
government did not allow her find any job in Saigon city when
she had been selling the home things, she earned little bit of
money. However, her children always cried to find their father
and she decided to exhume her husband’s tomb from the highland
of North Vietnam to South Vietnam in order to attend to aged
husband. The far way was over one thousand eight hundreds
kilometers; she got the train to Hanoi City and came to highland
of North Vietnam like many times in the past. When she get
there, did like many time like this worship her husband, she
secretly dug her body up, put his bones into the plastic bag,
and could bring it to South Vietnam, but the Vietnamese
communist police could not allow her do that because they
worried about psychological warfare that Vietnamese communist
government murdered the political prisoner of consciences
without judgment and they could not win all the hearts of the
Vietnamese people and worldwide. She struggled with them, so
they allowed her husband’s body could be cremated and the aches
taken to home.
But she requested the Vietnamese communist police that could
give the best of wood let her cremating her husband’s
quintessence. After the Vietnamese communist police gave an
order a prisoner’s team who fought the best of wood in the

mountain, let her cremate. By the way, the Vietnamese communist
allowed the prisoner of consciences held a commemorative rally
to her husband’s death for the great cause or so-called
sacrificed for the father country.
To return my case compensating, I would like to compare to my
case with the American law that you know to the American law
punishes the one who was violent to red light at topside, the
American court gives an order to him or her should pay over two
hundreds dollars or who forgets seatbelt when he or she was
driving the car on the way. In the final analysis, the American
government self invaded Vietnam for over twenty five years after
cutting and running out of Vietnamese land, it betrays its
allies, deceived a treaty in Paris, and deleted Republic of
Vietnam. I, John, a political prisoner of conscience,
respectfully allowable claimed you that presiding judge of the
American government should be compensated to my hurtful mind,
body, brain, life when I live in jail for a half and six years
because the American government cut and runaway to leave me to
my enemy of Vietnamese communist that is equal of the justice
and to be situate of American empire leading in the world.
After that, Sender Aviles asks for help to people assessor who
attend the jury trial would give the idea, so one lady whom
named Herbert Hamilton and says, “Dear presiding judge, I have
heard through portions and my idea is indeed a moving story. I
deeply respect his compensation because he has taken difficult

way in live. Next ken Crouse Michael, and said, “I agree with
Mr. John who requests to US Congress and people, regain prisoner
insurance to the former Southern soldiers because they had
served for the American government policy in the past.” Next,
Nicole Simile said, I agree with Mr. John who requests to US
Congress and people, regain reparation to the former Southern
soldiers because they had served for the American government
policy.” Next John Morel, and said, “I would like to agree with
Mr. John that the American justice should compensate to
reparation all of the South Vietnamese ex-political prisoners
because they together were worked the American henchmen by the
invaded American government policy.” next Mark Judith who said,
“ Dear sir, The American justice should be regained reparation
to the former South Vietnamese officer refugees that suite with
the American constitution because the American government was a
invader of the Vietnamese people”
The presiding judge Sender Aviles, her left hand held hammer in
and bit on the table for three times, and said, “stop, stop, and
stop, why do you help for plaintiff’s John? You would not help
for the American power because power is over rights, the judging
day closing today, and the next time, we will reopen to judge
for John case and Mr. John will be accepting our just verdict.
While, John was taken his jeans off, urinating water around the
courtroom, and opposing her closing just day, Sender Aviles

one hand shading one’s eyes because she would not dare see to
his big penis and giving an order to the police and said,
“police arrest Mr. John to jail and hammer beats on the table
let the people assessor observes silence and sit-down and keep
order in the courtroom.”
Getting cracking nimble quick, the two police who looked like
the both of bronze statues, who quickly controlled John over,
one police stood next the John left side and other one stood on
the right side of John’s hand. While, Sender Aviles asked to the
police, do you control the plaintiff, don’t you? The police
respond and said, “Yes, we do.”
Sender Aviles presiding judge gnashed the teeth and glare with
anger while the hammer beating on the stable more times and
said, “Mr. John, you are high treason, therefore, you get
capital offense, and send him to jail waiting for day executed
by firing squad do you have your ending word, don’t you?
Dear Sender Aviles Presiding judge, I have spoken my last word,
allowable claimed and said, “I urinated water in the American
courtroom, was executed by firing squad, However, I would like
you to compare with both offences, after that you should be
executed me by firing squad, I would not worry my death, but I
worry about the American justice was unfair and barbarous laws
because the American executive organ of government has released

violence.”
Sender Aviles Presiding judge said, “We, the American justice,
constitution, morality, give a chance if you provide an
explanation that’s logic, so I could release you out of the
jail, otherwise, if you cannot excuse for it you may well say
bad thing about you to justify your conduct, so the police could
not arrest him; let him have freedom to say.”
The police said, “Yes, we do. They dropped him off and stood far
off him.
Dear Sender Aviles Presiding judge and the people assessor, and
said, “There are two things that I would like to compare with my
bad thing and the barbarous American government has done.
First off all, crime murder and crime urinated water in the
court room, which crimes was executed by firing squad? I would
like you giving me your idea.”
The people assessor replied and said, “Crime murder is executed
by firing squad and crime urinated water in the American court
is too.”
The presiding Judge Sender Aviles and said, “I accept their
verdict.”
So I would agree with you, you should execute by firing squad
the former American government of Kennedy president after that
you might execute by firing squad me.

The Presiding judge Sender Aviles gnashed looked at John and her
teeth were glaring with anger while the hammer was loudly
beating on the stable more times and said. “Why do you want to
kill them first?”

U. S. Should be compensated to all of Vietnamese prisoners of conscience

There are some things I would like to submit you for helping us because I do
need the compensation form the American government to us that we
were to be Vietnamese prisoners of conscience, hurting our
hearts, minds, souls, and brains when the American government
has played the American hand off policy in Vietnam war:
First of all, I thought that you have known about the Vietnam
War when Dwight D. Eisenhower president who sent his soldiers to
Vietnam in order to anti-communism, but Kennedy president gave
his order to kill our president Ngo Dinh Diem

After the American government has killed Ngo Dinh Diem
president, the United States opened the largest door in South
Vietnam, so the Vietnamese communist invaded all of the South
Vietnam.
Second, the American government has signed a treaty of peace in
Paris 1973. I thought that you should understand about this
treaty of peace. However, the American government did not keep
its promise when your government has signed in this treaty. I
would like to ask for you How would you think this agreement in
peace and you compare the law of American country if the one did
not follow the American law. For example, an American driver was
violent the law of DMV, so the American court punished how to
this one? Thus, the American government after signed the treaty
of peace in Vietnam, cut and ran out of Vietnam.
The American conscience of the United States did not respect to
any Vietnamese soldiers and Southern Vietnam. Your people and
government hard-hearted left us to our enemy of Vietnamese
communist after Nixon president shook hands with Red China, and
sold off the South Vietnamese to the international communism.
Therefore, the Vietnamese communist regime sent us to jail for a
long time and the Vietnamese people were lost anything by the
cruel policy of hand off of the United States.
Therefore, I would like your government that should be
compensated to all Vietnamese soldiers when they were jailed by
the American hand off policy. The modern country of American
people could not deceive or cheat us because all of our lives
were lost by the American deceiver policy. Therefore, the
American government ought to compensate to us when we were
jailed over six years by the American government who trampled us
down. That is the value's conscience of the Super American
emperor who has been leading in the world. In fact, You should
ask Senate Mc.Cain let you know how to the Vietnamese communist
government has barbarously been punished us in concentration
camps.
I would eagerly like to hear from you if the American government
would not yet compensate to all of Vietnamese prisoners of
conscience, so the American government and the American people

Thank you for your letter about Vietnamese refugee officers.
The people of Vietnam suffered tremendously during and after the
war. Refugees have endured tremendous hardship immigrating to
the U.S. and I shall keep your thoughts and views in mind should
legislation addressing Vietnamese refugee officers come before
me for a vote in the House of Representatives.
As you may know, in November 2005, the United States and Vietnam
announced the reopening of certain categories of the Orderly
Departure Program (ODP), under which over 550,000 Vietnamese
were resettled in the United States between 1979 and 1999.
During this time another 300,000 Vietnamese came to the United
States through other programs. The reopening is limited to those
who were unable to apply or who were unable to complete the
application process before the ODP closed in 1994. H.R. 2764,
the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2008, which President
Bush signed into law on December 26, 2007, extends the
application closing date from the end of 2007 to the end of
2009.

Our Leader

There are some ways that we understand about the best and the
worst leaders because we, the honest citizens and the children,
do need the greatest leader than the worst one because our
greatest leader who is not only guide us to the best ways of
happiness or glories but also importantly put our country and
people to live in peace and be content with one’s occupation. As
like we, the children, do need have a greater father who ought
to teach us thrill for achieving in life in order to make a
present our intelligence to our family and nation that are the
greatest leaders. On the other hand, if we, the truthful
citizens, should have the worst leaders, so our country and
family could get the most evil, miserable poorest, and live in
chaos. Therefore, we need have our greatest leader than the
worst one.
First of all, we, the citizens, have a bad leader who looks like
an American leader when he did not lead his citizens who get
glory, but he has been putting his people getting live in chaos
and miserable life. For example, with quality a big leader who
has not been leading the United States but also leads the entire
world when not esteem the owned sovereign of other country liked
Iraq. Moreover, he has been supporting for Vietnamese communist
dictator government there did not respect any human rights of
the Vietnamese people. In fact, the Vietnamese communist
government has not only been suppressing its people who did not
have any democratic liberty but it also put down the based
rights of religious freedom. For example, the Vietnamese
communist government that has been hiring many idles who fought
the oldest catholic of men and women when the Vietnamese police
did not have any helps to the weakest Vietnamese people in the
Thai Ha Church when the American leader who has been fighting
for supporting his democratic liberty in the worldwide.
Second, the great leader who always consider to his or her
people first in order to win the hearts of all humankind in the
world because dignity of an American leader is big than his own
life the nation hopes puts to believe their leader. However, the
leader did not think about to any American homeless, but he
always think help to the rich people than the poorest. For
example, when his invasion policy in Iraq has been bankruptcy,
the American people get chaos. He gets the American taxes,
supports to the richest American companies when the poor
Americans have been losing their jobs, and he has taken the
American taxes supporting to foreigners in order to be boastful
of his skill.
Third, if a great American leader, he could think about his
country first when his people could not have a little criminal
ring, so the Americans increase their morals. The pity of
American leader would be amnestied the Americans of criminal
rings by the American independence of July fourth or in some of
the biggest American holidays. However, when his country has
gotten natural calamity, he could quickly help to his people,
but he could not think about to his people that looked like
storm in New Orleans in August 24, 2005, it destroyed there
almost completely, but American could not get care it when the
American people living there’s getting so mush chaos.
Finally, one nation looks like an oldest tree when its seed is
growing up, its full leaves and blossoming perform with time and
space. It follows with the natural laws. However, before the
oldest tree should be faded, its bad omen should be coming to
being on its tree body, which looks like the insects eating its
body or branches, so its leaves become yellow faded and
gradually death completely. In fact, a country could be put
down, so its bad omen should be gradually appeared by its worst
leader has been ruling its country because the worst leader when
he did not conquer any heart of his people and the worldwide
humankind. Therefore, his people live in chaos liked monopolized
economy and the world is not getting peacefully and then, we do
need the greatest leader than the worst leader.
The Fate of the Iraqis People Might be the same as South Vietnam

The American soldier might be cutting and running from Iraq
County, so the Iraqis people and soldiers will be the same as
South Vietnam in the past. Here are some factors that Heaven
does not allow the American government to massacre to the human
being, the American strategic war does not win in Iraq War, and
the worldwide situation will make the American policy to change
its war. Therefore, I realize that the American soldiers will
cut and run out of Iraq War.
First of all, we believe that God should judge fairly when he
sees human being living in the chaos and sufferings because
Heaven does not want any human being who massacres each other.
Heaven always wishes human beings who live peacefully and
prosperously, so they love each other without war and hates. He
does not love any the powerful and weak, but he thinks his human
beings to look like his eyes. Therefore, when the American
government has strongly attacking to the weakest Iraqis, Heaven
quickly has ordered its God of thunder who should build the
biggest of flood in the United States in order to against the
American government massacring the innocent Iraqis. On the other
hand, Heaven does want to the American people who must think
about their sufferings. Let their stop massacres in Iraqi
country because the American government is only selfish. It
wants other people living in chaos and sufferings; during the
American government has been building the rich, science, and
technology.
In case of Heaven's punishing to British
government, Heaven had ordered God of thunder that he punished
to a cruel invader. In August 21, 1915 of World War I, British
regiments-Norfolk 5 included eight hundred soldiers and invaded
to Turkey in order to kill humankind when it posted on the
mountain of Dardanelle in Turkey. While God of thunder changed
the darkest cloud, covered all of them, and arrested them on the
mountain of Dardanelle, God of thunder imprisoned them in the
jail of Heavenly king. In the meantime, having twenty soldiers
of New Zealand were fighting together the British troop, they
posted beside the British regiment, approximately distanced a
600 meter, and saw the darkest cloud, which was gradually
flushing on the head of British regiment-Norfolk 5, so the
darkest cloud took the British soldiers over to the Heavenly
king. Therefore, the American people were punished by the
Hurricane Katrina’s hitting New Orleans.
In fact, when
the American government has wished the Vietnamese people to be
the poorest and undeveloped country. It did not want to the
Vietnamese people who build their freedom and democracy because
the American government had been destroyed the Republic of
Vietnam when President Ngo Dinh Diem had been built this.
Moreover, the sky did not want its congregations who massacre
each other like President John F. Kennedy who massacred
President Ngo Dinh Diem since they together ate his holy cake
and drank water.
Second, the American strategic war might defeat in itself when
the American government invades to the Iraq country. For
example, the Iraqis rebellions always apply their strategic
guerilla without unlimited-ness, so the American government has
strongly been applying its conventional warfare. In fact, the
American government uses its 250 pounds of a bomb, kills one
Iraqi rebellion, and spends over million dollars. It is not
balanced. However, the American bomb could not kill any Iraqi
insurgence, but it kills many innocent Iraqi women, children,
and old men, so the American policy is lost by its inhuman war.
The worldwide people think that the American policy is playing
its hypocrite. In this event, the American policy deceives in
itself when it has been progressing Iraq war for five years. The
American government invades Iraq, sometime tells killing
terrorism, but it, no longer, tells to build the Iraqi
democracy, or destroys the reign of Saddam Hussein dictator, but
the American invader comes to Iraq, kills a lot of the innocent
people and the American bombs almost destroy the Iraqis
landscapes, cultures, villages, and farms. Meantime, I could not
count any American solder that went against its human rights or
morals in Iraq war. In the same way, Saddam Hussein dictator had
imprisoned his people, who were less than the American
government that imprisoned the Iraqis people when it has been
invading war in Iraq country.
Third, the American government will be losing its invading war
in Iraq because when the American government has been seeking
its new situation in the Middle East because the American
government has known that Iraq War should make the American
country will be down because two countries are different to
their thoughts. One side is the Iraqis rebellions that have
their rights, but the American does not have any concrete truth.
For example, in April 1781, approximate two years later Andrew
and his other brother Robert were taken prisoner for a few
weeks. While the British soldiers had been invaded to the New
Country, a Britain officer ordered them to clean his boots, the
American boys refused to do this, so the Britain officer struck
them with his sword and Andrew's hand was cut to the bone.
Therefore, the patriotism of Iraqis people might not let allow
the American soldiers that destroy Iraq country. Next, some
allies of the United States will be returned their homes because
they realize that they are to be menservants of the American
government when they have been building a lot of crimes in Iraq,
and then they might be left the United States of America.
Finally, the American government will do recognize to the atom
program of the Iranian people because the American government
must need the oil, so the Iranian oil is rich more than Iraqis
oil. We knew that the American government has invaded to Iraq in
order to grab the resources of other countries like Iraqi oil.
Therefore, when the American government might have the resource
of Iranian oil, it should cut and run out of Iraq War.
In conclusion, after World II, we understand that the American
government is a government of deceiver in the world. For
example, the American government deceived Cuba, Cambodia, Lao,
and Vietnam countries; it was available to leave them without
any pity. More important, when the American government was
coming to Vietnam for nearby twenty years, it helped Vietnam
country to fight with the Vietnamese Communists, but when it
shook hands with the Red China. It quickly cut and ran out of
Vietnam. Significantly, it did not need its menservants to look
like President Nguyen Van Thieu and Minister Tran Thien Khiem.
When the Republic of South Vietnam had more than millions of its
good soldiers, it nodded its head to obey to the American
government. Certainly, when the American government might shake
hands with Iranian government, it will cut and run out of Iraq
country.
A Peaceful and Happy World
If we do wish our world will be peaceful and happy, we should be deleted the
animosities and the wars between the empires and other countries in the world
because the powerful empires do invade to the weak countries, the poor
countries, and the undeveloped countries in the all world; therefore, the
humankind does not have any peace, happiness, and good environment.
If the powerful empires get in love to change hats and wars, the empires get
their morality, kind-hearted, and noble-minded in order to change their powers.
For example, the empires will get many budgets of wars when they have been
invading the foreign countries, building so many universities in order to donate
for the poorest countries, and then they must conquer all hearts of humankind in
the world because the times of us do not need have any war and animosity. We
should need our peaceful and happy world. Finally, you will have to get the
bombs, which should be produced so many agricultural machineries and supported
for the poor countries in the world.
In the same way, when the world will not have any war and animosity, the sky
and earth might have the swarm environment. The hottest environment is growing
up for each day because one main reason of wars has been building the hottest
environment up for many decades in the past to now. Because the hottest air of
the bombs, the smelt powder of guns, and the fall-out of testing weapons of
unclear in the world, they have been making up so much hottest airs. Therefore,
when our world will stop the wars, our environment will not be hot, so we live
peacefully and happily.
To summarize, if you think that my dedicative ideas are logic, you might do ask
for the powerful empires that they stop war and animosity and do not invade to
the weak countries. So we think that our humankind lives in peace and happiness
more than now.

Vietnam Will Have a New Nationalism Policy

Vietnam will have a new nationalism doctrine in the future
because the Vietnamese Communist government could collect a few
refinements of Communism, capitalism, and Confucianism to
rebuild new national face. The Vietnamese Communist government
could gradually leave the Communist policy because they became
unrighteous when they dedicated a part of Vietnam’s land and sea
to the Red Chinese Empire without reason, but now the Vietnamese
Communist Party is not brave enough to leave the bad Communist
policy. First, the Central Committee of the Vietnamese Communist
Party worries about over two million members of the Vietnamese
Communist Party who could riot when they realize that they are
very poor, but the high Vietnamese Communist leaders are very
rich. For example, almost all members of the Vietnamese
Communist Party starve miserly because they are proletarian.
Their intelligences are very low, and they do not have any
skills because their lives were dedicated to the war. They could
not enroll in any public schools in the past when they were
young men. They looked like prehistoric men. The Vietnamese
Communist party now looks like a group of hungry dogs when they
fight to choose between the rubbish of human soil and a bowl of
meat. Some of them are stronger and they choose the better food
to eat. Thus, a few of them are weaker or ill, so they ought to
choose the rubbish of human soil to eat. In fact, in 2000, many
high Vietnamese Communist leaders (Do Muoi, Vo Van Kiet, Le Duc
Anh, Tran Duc Luong, Nong Duc Manh, Nguyen Van An, and Phan Van
Khai) have earned over five hundred thousand to ten billion
American dollars and deposited their finances in foreign banks
in Switzerland. Ironically, a few Vietnamese Communist members
in the countryside did not taste little Chinese sausages or
French sausage. Their lives only earned a radio and bicycle
after thirty years of peaceful Vietnam. Their experiences could
not mix with the social progress of civilization. In contrast,
so many high Vietnamese Communist members have become the
capital leaders because their properties are very luxurious and
abundant.
Second, the Central Committee of the Vietnamese Communist Party
has feared the revenge of one million dead people in North
Vietnam when the Vietnamese Communist Party established the land
reform program in 1955-56. Their relatives did not forgive the
Vietnamese Communist Party because the Vietnamese traditional
people have been held by everlasting hatred. Third, the Central
Committee of the Vietnamese Communist Party has worried about
the legacy of hatred in the year of the monkey in 1968 and April
30, 1975. They buried alive five thousand innocent people in Hue
City in 1968, robbed the innocent Southern properties, and
killed a lot in the unconditional surrender of South Vietnamese
officers in 1975. The Vietnamese Communists did not follow the
international laws of war. Next, they have been oppressing many
Vietnamese religions for thirty years in Vietnam when they
destroyed a lot of Buddhist temples, churches, and temples of
deceased kings.
Fourth, the Central Committee of the Vietnamese Communist Party
will hold back the Communist propaganda policy in its new
nationalism policy, which had been controlling the Vietnamese
people and soldiers to have discipline in war from seventy years
ago. In fact, approximately from 1930 to now, the Department of
Propaganda and Education of the Vietnamese Communist Party was
successful in the Vietnamese propaganda policy because from the
central capital to local infrastructures was the unity of action
to fight the French and American enemies out of Vietnam. Even
though the Vietnamese Communist terrorists made horrors to all
Vietnamese people and in the world, the Vietnamese people and
the world many sympathize with the Vietnamese Communist Party
because in war were no choices. However, the peaceful nation
should reform. The Vietnamese Communist Party could exclude the
cruel actions, and they could reform well than in the past.
Thus, the national military should have stronger discipline than
the battle-tested army. Their victories have been achieved by
the effective propaganda policy. Moreover, the national security
should feel safe. This true propaganda policy will bring back
the happiness of all men because the Vietnamese Communist Party
has done well. For example, the Vietnamese personnel’s
propaganda did not have any salaries or benefits when they lived
in the deep highlands, or in the battlefields, but they did well
on duty. Fifth, the central committee of the Vietnamese
Communist Party should make a few of capital refinements into a
new nationalism. These refinements could replace many
unrighteous Vietnamese Communist ways because Vietnam land is
the most important point strategy in the world. The Vietnamese
Communist government could exist for a long time, because many
powerful countries would not want the Vietnamese to lose their
country. Many empires want Vietnam land to be a neutral country
in the future. Because the capitalist wing in the world should
not allow the Vietnamese Communist government to follow the Red
Chinese for a long time, the capitalist empires want Vietnam to
be neutral-capitalist like Indochina. The Red Chinese do not
wish Vietnam to be capital country because a lot of the opposite
Chinese will take refuge in Vietnam, establish military bases,
and return to China’s land to fight the Red Chinese. The capital
wings will support them to build war in China and to make
chaotic situation in Asia.
Many empires in the world could establish Vietnam, Kampuchea,
and Laos to be neutral zones in Indochina because they do not
want the Red Chinese government to dye Indochina red, to make
chaos in East Asia, and to protect the strategy zone in East
Asia. Second, if many empires in the world establish Vietnam,
Kampuchea, and Lao to be capital nations, there will be a lot of
the honest Chinese people who love freedom and democracy, so
they will take advantage of capitalist Vietnam, Kampuchea, and
Laos, overflow Vietnam, Kampuchea, and Laos, and take refuge to
settle there. At that time, the Chinese refugees would not have
any countries receive them because the Chinese refugees will
produce a lot of children after many years when their government
did not allow them to have more children. Therefore, many
empires in the world would worry that the Chinese refugees would
live forever in Vietnam, Kampuchea, and Laos. The Red Chinese
government would not mobilize the war, but the Red Chinese
government might occupy easily in South Indochina.
On the other hand, the Red Chinese government could worry about
the Chinese reactions that take refuge in Vietnam, Kampuchea,
and Laos where they will build Chinese military bases to fight
the Red Chinese government. China will become a war land.
Significantly, not only the capitalist wing, but also the world
did not want Vietnam land in war because the Vietnam people have
been at war for nearly one hundred years. The entire world
wishes the Vietnamese people to rebuild their lands, but they do
not want Vietnam to follow the Red Chinese for a long time.
Sixth, many empires and East Asian countries do not want
Vietnam, Kampuchea, and Laos as capitalist nations, but they
want them to be neutral zones because they will not receive many
free Chinese to settle in their lands, like in Thailand,
Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia. The Chinese relatives will
sponsor many Chinese refugees, make chaotic societies, and build
difficult economics. Therefore, after the United States of
America dropped Vietnam, many countries in the world have been
investing in Vietnam, so they use economics to reform the
Vietnamese Communist government. The Vietnamese Communist
government holds back its Communist mark but its stomach
receives the capitalist policy. Therefore, the Vietnamese
Communist government has been oppressing many Vietnamese
religions. The world and Washington may not consider many
Vietnamese religions. For example, the former cluster of South
Vietnamese generals would submit their draft bill of human
rights for Vietnam, but the American Senate has thrown it in the
garbage. Because the former South Vietnamese generals did not
realize the special situation in East Asia, they only knew their
fame when they had over one million Southern soldiers and did
not fight for their freedom and protect their people.
On the other hand, the Chinese people were influenced by a
legacy of Confucianism, so the Chinese Communist government must
have predicted that it could renovate their modern policy before
Vietnam. Then, the Vietnamese Communist government may follow
it. However, the former Vietnamese Communist party is different
with their young generations who only follow their Communist
parents for a long time, but when they grow up, choose an
independent way for themselves. Because the Vietnamese tradition
always has competed with its neighbors to develop its body, the
Vietnamese Communist government could not demean to follow the
Red Chinese in the future when the Red Chinese are undeveloped
country more than capitalism. Obviously, right now, the
Vietnamese Communist students have been studying in foreign
capital countries more than in Red China. In fact, after a
border treaty between Vietnam and China, the Red Chinese
bothered the Vietnamese Communist government. Therefore, the
Vietnamese Communist government exploited to invest oil in North
Vietnam Bay, but the Vietnamese Communist government did not
consider it the Red Chinese’s warring zone. Some years have gone
by, and the Central Committee of the Vietnamese Communist party
reduced visiting the Red Chinese during the last years because
the Vietnamese Communist government realized that President
Giang Thach Dang took a shower in the Danang Sea in Middle
Vietnam, so the Red Chinese have scorned the Vietnamese
Communist government because Vietnam’s land looked like a
Chinese lake. On the other hand, in former years the Central
Committee of the Vietnamese Communist Party, government,
congress, defense minister, and the fatherland front of
Vietnamese Communists had come to serve the Red Chinese.
Finally, Vietnam could establish a neutral zone by many
countries and empires in the world because Vietnam has a sea
zone strategy. Therefore, many countries and empires in the
world have been supporting financial aid to Vietnam in order to
pull Vietnam into the neutral capitalist system. Significantly,
after thirty years have gone by, the Vietnamese Communist
government did not allow the Red Chinese soldiers to post in Cam
Ranh Bay, and it requested the Russian soldiers to leave Cam
Ranh Bay. We realized that the Vietnamese Communist government
gradually goes to the neutral capitalist system; it lies between
the Red Chinese, Russian, French, and American government
policies.
There are a few capital refinements that the Vietnamese
Communist government will replace from the bad Vietnamese
Communist policy in the future because the capital laws,
education, technologies, science, economics, and health programs
could build the developing country before the Vietnamese
Communist government takes its red glasses off its eyes.
First, the Vietnamese Communist government must reform its
justice, executive, and legislative policies because many
foreign countries have been investing in Vietnam for a long
time. When the Vietnamese Communist government wishes to join in
the World Trade Organization, the Vietnamese Communist
government should reform its laws. The Vietnamese Communist
government gradually merges into a neutral-capitalist one
because the Vietnamese Communist Party looks like a young
traveler who enjoys the forest flower. He first wanders in the
shore of the forest, but he gradually loses himself into the
deep forest, but he does not know why he loses his way. Because
the Vietnamese Communist government has opened its hands to
receive foreign support financial aid and acknowledged the
foreign investments, the Vietnamese Communist Party has changed
its policy step by step. The foreign financial aid and foreign
investments look like a bowl of meat while the Vietnamese
Communist members eat because the Vietnamese Communists are
human beings to have brains and minds with more wisdom than
other animals. The Vietnamese Communist members look like a
group of empty-bellied dogs that acquaint with the human soil
and now wish meat to eat. For example, the Vietnamese Communist
government will change its dogmatic justice to the new justice
in the future because the intellectual standard of the
Vietnamese people has increased each year. The Vietnamese
educators do not want the Vietnamese Communist dogma to rule
them. For example, the Vietnamese Communist Party was divided
three parts by my investigations. Approximately from 1930 to
1954 when Ho Chi Minh hid under the mask of Vietminh Party to
fight the French enemy out of Vietnam, this period was an
initial stage. The intellectual standard of the Vietnamese
people was very poor. They were patriotic men. They wished to
fight the French enemy out of Vietnam. Then Ho Chi Minh took
advantage of the Vietnamese patriots and used the jungle laws to
kill many opposing men. After that, the victory of Dien Bien Phu
battle was glorious, so the French enemy was expelled out of
Vietnam; therefore, this period was golden time of the
Vietnamese Communist Party. That meant the Vietnamese Communist
government was without justice, so the Vietnamese patriots would
forgive the thief Ho Chi Minh.
Next, the second period of the Vietnamese Communist Party was
barbaric. From 1955 to 1975, the Vietnamese Communist Party
declared many dictatorial legal orders to prohibit justice. For
example, approximately in 1955-56 Ho Chi Minh gave an order to
Truong Chinh who controlled the land reform program.
Secretary General Truong Chinh directed to denounce his parents,
landlords, and petty bourgeois and bourgeoisies, so Truong Chinh
totally killed one million Northern people in this program
illegally. The Vietnamese Communist Party did not consider
justice. The Vietnamese Communist Party was very proud of the
first period, so the second period was very infamous for
national betrayers. Ho Chi Minh did not succeed in his revolt to
fight the American army out of South Vietnam, because he died
September 2, 1969, when he obeyed international Communists and
did his mission to look like a radio, which received good news
and released clear news. He did not create justice laws in
Vietnam because the international Communists controlled him. For
example, in 1975, the Southern people did not have any righteous
justice to protect their properties and lives. The Vietnamese
Communist Party nationalized the Buddhist religion temples, but
Vietnamese Communist law did not protect the Buddhist monks. In
fact, Buddhist monks Thich Huyen Quang and Thich Quang Do were
arrested and held over thirty years by the Vietnamese Communists
orders without justice, laws, and judges in the court. Thus,
Buddhist monks Thich Huyen Quang and Thich Quang Do did not have
any laws to protect them.
The third period of the Vietnamese Communist Party revealed
infamous traitors and unjust causes. For example, the Vietnamese
Communist Party brought as tributes a part of the fatherland and
sea to the Red Chinese by the Central Committee of the
Vietnamese Communist Party, but the Vietnamese Communists and
congress nodded their heads or closed their eyes to pass this
legal order. Thus, the Vietnamese Communist Congress did not
dare to display this event to the Vietnamese people. The
Vietnamese people did not have a right to decide their nation’s
fates because the Vietnamese Communist Party in third period was
full of infamous traitors when they took advantage of the world
to arrange Vietnam. If not, on April 30, 1975, the American
government would request the United Nations Security Council to
overturn the Vietnamese Communist government because it had
transgressed the peace treaty of Paris in 1973.
Uncertainly, the United Nations Organization was to be a puppet
union of the American government when the United Nations was
cheerful to allow the Vietnamese Communist government to tear
apart the peace treaty in Vietnam. The Vietnamese Communist
Party has passed three historical periods, lost national face,
and infamies Vietnamese people because it has followed the
foreign Communist policy. The Vietnamese Communist government
chose few refinements of the French justice, executive, and
legislative areas to change the Vietnamese Communist government
policy when it was infamous. Why will the Vietnamese Communist
government collect the French laws to replace the Vietnamese
Communist barbarian dogma and not choose the American law?
Because the Vietnamese Communist government compares between the
French laws and American laws, the Vietnamese Communist
government thinks the French laws are fairer than the American
laws. When the Vietnamese Communist government researches the
best capitalist laws, it should analyze about the morality in
laws from both sides.
First of all, the Vietnamese Communist government did not
understand about justice because the Vietnamese Communist
leaders displayed demagogy to delete just laws of the Vietnamese
people in the past. For example, the Vietnamese Communist
justice organ did not allow the Vietnamese people to have rights
in the court. In fact, the defendant could not hire any lawyers
to help him because Vietnam did not have any law schools. When
the Vietnamese Communist Party appointed the people’s presiding
judge, he judged to follow it. Because the Vietnamese Communist
Party only oppressed to rule the Vietnamese people, it did not
give any rights to protect the Vietnamese people. Therefore, the
Vietnamese Communist justice organ did not have any laws because
no one made them. The Vietnamese Communist government gave the
legal orders to tyrannize the Vietnamese people, not protect
them.
Truly, when new congressmen and congresswomen should be elected
by all of the Vietnamese people, they will come from the
educators or skillful people, run for congressman or woman, and
dedicate their talents to build their nation. They could replace
the Vietnamese Communist Party who appoints many unlearned
Vietnamese Communists who did not create any just laws.
Moreover, when the Vietnamese Communist Party would welcome many
Vietnamese educators and skillful people, they stand for the
election’s congressman or congresswoman to help the nation, and
just laws will protect the Vietnamese people. Right now, a
Vietnamese Communist congressman or congresswoman has kept two
or three missions; he or she was a Vietnamese Communist member,
a chair of the province, and a congressperson. They did not know
how to make laws. Therefore, the legislative organ did not have
democracy, but had dogmatic dictatorial government because these
congressmen and congresswomen only nodded their heads when the
Vietnamese Communist Party gave an order to them. For example,
the boundary treaty brought as tribute a part of Vietnam land
and sea to the Red Chinese, so the Vietnamese Communist
congress’s mouths had contained human soil; therefore, they were
the national betrayers, even though, they had known it was wrong
to bring tribute of land and sea.
Finally, the Vietnamese Communist government will open the law
schools after they make just of laws to defend the Vietnamese
people and their properties in the future. If the Vietnamese
Communist government wants to establish the law schools, it
should reform its legislative branch soon. In the future, many
Vietnamese Communist leaders of the young generations will
compare to the French system of justice, executive, legislative
and the American justice, executive, legislative system. They
can emulate the French justice, executive, legislative system
because the French systems are better than the American ones.
First of all, American justice is unfair. For example, the
American law did not agree with every defendant when he or she
told lies in court, so the American presiding judge told the
defendant to raise her or his right hand to take an oath to tell
the truth. If the defendant told lies, the American presiding
judge should heavily punish him or her. Significantly, when
talking about the law, it was obeyed from a common civil rights
level to a higher officer or national chair and from weak men to
powerful men should obey the American laws; therefore, the
American Constitution declared, “That all men are creative
equal.” However, an American common civil rights worker told
lies to the American presiding judge, so the judge detained this
man or woman. In fact, President George W. Bush told lies to the
American people to go to war in Iraq. He spent over two hundred
million dollars and over one thousand American soldiers’ deaths
while the American face was infamous, because almost all
humankind in the world would avoid American policy, but no law
would punish him. Once again, American law ought to punish an
American defendant when he or she murdered someone without just
cause. The American law did not forgive him or her. But in fact,
President John F. Kennedy gave an order to assassinate President
Ngo Dinh Diem without cause when President Ngo Dinh Diem had his
own nation. After that, the American government had killed over
three million innocent Vietnamese people, but American justice
did not judge to compensate any pennies to the Vietnamese
people’s deaths when the American government was committed in
the Vietnam War. Furthermore, the American law punished everyone
who committed criminal murders in life imprisonment. For
example, the American court judged for car accidents. If both
sides did not resolve to compensate for damager, the American
court judged fairly. However, an American president gave an
order to assassinate a Vietnamese president who lived far from
the United States of America on the other side of earth when the
Vietnamese people and Vietnamese president did not brush against
the United States of American and the American people. Few
Vietnamese people, Ngo Dinh Diem, the American people, and John
F. Kennedy together adored Lord Jesus. The American law became
demagogy because the American people did not have the right of
inviolability. The American police easily came and easily went
the American house.
Another example was the American laws were violent laws, which
did not protect the American people. For example, a Vietnamese
American family lived in San Jose in California. The police
investigated her family without orders of a prosecutor. She did
not agree to allow the police to examine her house, but the
police were authorized to check her house. When the householder
held a knife, the police shot her. The American court judged the
police did not commit a crime. The French laws were fairer than
the American laws, which always protected the weakest people,
punished the crime, and judged fairly. For example, the French
police did not authorize to search a house, but the French
police were right of search the house for weapons when the
prosecutor gave an order to search the house. The French police
were authorized for self-defense with condition the person used
his or her weapon to shoot police. If the person used a knife
and she or he stabbed the police, the police did not use their
guns to shoot him or her because the knife was different than
the gun, which was, not balanced weapons. Police meant to be
polite. Police were friendly to the people, not as an enemy.
Because the people repaid taxes to their government, the
government took the taxes and spent them on everything in the
country and in the world. Therefore, the government did not use
the police to punish people. The French police were not
authorized to use a gun to shoot a person without a weapon. They
would not shoot a person while he or she did not have any
weapons. Thus, in the United States of America, the police and
the American people looked like enemies in battle, because the
American police doubted a criminal. The American police called
for him to stop, but this man ran away. The American police shot
him.
Second, the American Constitution establishes three branches
that are the justice, executive, and legislative branch with the
same sovereignty. For example, an American president is
authorized to disperse the American Congress and the American
Supreme Court. The American Congress is authorized to dismiss
the American Supreme Court and an American president. The
American Supreme Court also is authorized to dismiss an American
president and the American Congress. Those are right, but those
come from the contradiction of one another. In fact, the
American Congress and president are elected by all of the
American people. Those are rights; the American president
appoints the American Supreme Court on duty for a lifetime, but
the American Supreme Court is authorized to dismiss an American
president and Congress because the American Supreme Court is not
elected by the American people while the American president’s
duty and mission only has four years. He appoints the American
Supreme Court to work for a lifetime, so the United States of
America has nine kings. They sit on their thrones forever.
Instead, the American people elected the American Supreme Court
because a president appoints an executive organ, which has nine
members that seems to be dictatorial, but it loses democracy.
For example, in 2000 the American people elected their
president. In Florida they seemed to cheat on the ballots.
Vice-President Al Gore complained to the American Supreme Court
to recount the ballots in Florida, but the American Supreme
Court could judge to follow legal procedure fifteen days later
when Vice-President Al Gore requested to proceed against.
However, Mr. George W. Bush directly met the American Supreme
Court to stop Al Gore’s judge. The American Supreme Court did
not need any legal procedures. That was the special event of the
powerful; the scale’s handle lost its justice. Therefore, the
weakest American person finds it very difficult to touch
American justice.
The United States of America displayed a game of democracy,
which was the same democracy’s buffoonery of the presidential
election. When all of the American people voted for their
president, the Electoral College decided to revote for the
American president, so the American people were the puppets of
the powerful. The American democracy was the same as the
Vietnamese Communist government, because the Vietnamese people
voted the congress. After that, the congress chose a national
chair, but the Vietnamese Communist Party chose the congressmen
and congresswomen because no one counted the ballots or no one
organ observed the Vietnamese Communist Party to count ballots.
However, the United States of America gives two or three
presidential candidates. On the other hand, the Vietnamese
Communist government will have four parties, or a multiparty
system. The Vietnamese people will establish four political
parties because they are influenced by the Chinese, French, and
American civilizations. When the multiparty system establishes,
they will compete with each other, choose a talented leader to
lead people, and create new way to build nation. The Vietnamese
Communist government yet holds dictatorial party, so Vietnam
land is pretty much behind the times, guilty of peculation, and
mandarin against man’s evolutionary development. Because the
multiparty system should support ideas for justice, executive,
and legislative, the people’s body could judge their leader and
choose the best president to control the nation. In the future,
the Vietnamese people will directly elect their president, and
then he will reform the Vietnamese executive branch. Otherwise,
the Vietnamese Communist government will apply the American
economics, science, technology, military, and education system
because Vietnam wishes to catch modern civilization. It should
quickly reform its education system; build approximately one
thousand or one thousand, five hundred colleges and universities
in the whole country, and train a lot of Vietnamese to rebuild
Vietnam. Because Vietnam could not distinguish between any
black, yellow, white, and red cats, as to which cat should catch
more mice, then Vietnam could invest in a wise cat.
First, Vietnam must drop the national economy to change the
market economy because the national economy does not have
product quality to compete in the global economy. Thus, the
market economy should invest more intelligence to attract
customers. The production goods need more quality. The consumers
believe in trademarks, so the owners earn more interests. Next,
the Vietnamese Communist government should learn about the
American science, technology, and education systems because the
United States of America was founded more than two hundred years
ago, but it thrives. Thus, Vietnam has been settled for over
four thousand years, but it is a very poor and undeveloped
country because its people are small-minded, but they are very
elated with glory. For example, approximately in 1776 the United
States of America declared itself an independent country. At
that time, Western casting engineering came to the United States
of America and Vietnam because the French government taught this
casting engineering to Vietnam. After two hundred years had gone
by, the United States of America developed advanced technology,
but Vietnam declined because an unlearned man often stared at a
dirty, muddy lake while his eyes wore red glasses. He saw
everything, which was red. He did not wear the white glasses to
look at the landscape. Obviously, a cluster of the Vietnamese
Communist Party up to now pushes the Vietnamese people into
undeveloped men. A cluster of the Vietnamese Communist Party did
not have foresight, so they only oppressed their people and sold
their fatherland to foreign countries. Third, when the
Vietnamese Communist government will collect a few of
refinements of capitalism, like the French laws and the American
economy, technology, and education, it will elect many
refinements of Confucianism, so Vietnam could rebuild its
Vietnamese face though its honor was lost in the past. For
approximately one hundred years, Vietnam did not have any
talented leaders to lead their country. They always copied the
foreign policies to apply in Vietnam. Therefore, one cluster of
them followed the French government to betray the nation. A few
of them demeaned to bring tribute to the Red Chinese to protect
their fame, and a new cluster of them welcomed the United States
to destroy their fatherland. The United States of America will
break up in the future, so who will the Vietnamese cluster
follow? They betrayed their nation, but they always called
themselves patriotic men. Therefore, I hope the young Vietnamese
generations will rebuild their fatherland. When a country has
three equal branches, justice, executive and legislative, the
Vietnamese morality could develop to high degree. People in the
world could regard us, so no one world power might invade
Vietnam again. The Vietnamese people could live in peaceful
coexistence in all countries in the world and would not
distinguish any political ideologies, religions, and racialism.
Then, Vietnamese humanism should emerge to a high degree more
than in the past way.
The Vietnamese Communist government should learn morality from
Confucianism because Ho Chi Minh followed heretical Lenin. He
encouraged a lot of uneducated Vietnamese Communists. They
attacked Confucian and Buddhist doctrines because we were not
right to be creators, we should learn the best things from the
greatest men. I have poeticized the “Necessity of Learning:”
Get ready to learn great things
Never forget what we have learnt
Form our teachers straining to hear, listening
To reason we wash out our ears and turn away
To avoid error and wrong, the Golden Realm
And the jade mouth never last long
While one poem lasts forever, the flowers
And grass turn toward the sun for strength
Illiterate men have no future.
Therefore, the Vietnamese Communist government allowed
Vietnamese students to come to foreign countries to study. The
Vietnamese students increased each year when the Vietnamese
students went to study in the foreign countries from five
hundred thousand to eight hundred thousand students, per year.
We hope the Vietnamese Communist government should change its
policy. For example, before 1975, Confucianism and Buddhism
influenced the Vietnamese culture, but after 1975, the
Vietnamese Communist government replaced it with bad Communist
foreign cultures. In fact, Vietnam had one special history for
four thousand historical years of literature, but the Vietnamese
Communist government did not allow any Vietnamese students to
study it. The Vietnamese Communist Party taught the Vietnamese
students to study Lenin and Mao backgrounds. The Vietnamese
Communist government was brainwashing the young Vietnamese
generations to forget their fatherland. Ironically, many
Vietnamese ancestors developed the Vietnam land, gave birth to
them, and led them mature, but they were not proud of them and
willing to learn from them. However, they adored Lenin and Mao
when Leninism and Maoism made them starve.
Why will the young Vietnamese generation learn Confucianism and
Buddhism? Because Vietnam has elected the French laws and
American science, technology, economy, and education, they will
learn about moral society. Then Vietnam will become the best
nation in the world. Because we would estimate an intellectual
society, or modern society, we estimate multi sides of a
country, but we cannot realize one side of the country. For
example, in the United States of America always estimate
percentages. As the United States of America is the most modern
country in the world because it is very rich, it gets one
hundred points. However, to follow Human Rights Watch Worldwide
displayed prisoners that the prisoner-to-citizen ratio in the
United States is higher than in the world because approximately
one hundred sixteen American people to one American person are
detained in jail. Therefore many jails in the United States are
full. It gets one point; we add one hundred points and one point
to divide them. We have one half and fifty points. Once again,
France is modern country less than the United States of America.
It gets eighty points, but the French prisoner-to-citizen is
lower than the United States of America; it gets forty points.
We add forty and eighty points to divide them. We have sixty
points. The French country is better than the United States. As
a result, the American Ministry of Justice calculated the
criminals in the United States; each year quickly increased the
crimes. For example, the amount of American women detained in
the federal and state jails; that set a record. In 2003 American
women were confined in jails that increased to the rates
increased 3.6%. The criminal women increased to committing one
hundred thousand crimes. Commonly, the criminal American men
were crowded more than the criminal women. In 2003, the American
men committed one million three hundred sixty-eight crimes; the
rate increased 2% in 2004. The average rate was one hundred and
nine American men to one American crime. Thus, the American
women’s rate was one thousand six hundred thirteen women to one
crime. From 1995 up to now, the American women’s prisoners
increased forty-eight percentages, and the American men
increased twenty-nine percentages.
California officers counted many jails in California and
infrastructures in 2003; there were eighty thousand American
women prisoners and the American men numbered six hundred
thousand prisoners. California became the biggest hell in the
world of human beings because they detained ten thousand
American women in 2003, including one million four hundred
thousand prisoners. Almost all of them were Black Americans;
they had four hundred three thousand prisoners. Their ages were
from twenty to thirty years old, so their rate was forty-four
percentages. In short, I thought that the American morality had
been declining, but the American science is ascending.
Therefore, an intellectual society is not having more prisoners.
The American cheaters deceived twenty-five American people
within one hundred, or the deceivers cheated twenty-five
percentages. The American morality is lower than the British
Kingdom and France. Then, Vietnam land should apply Confucian
doctrine to teach Vietnamese students so we can avoid the
cheaters and more prisoners.
We realize that morality is the most important quality in a
country. This duty and responsibility belong to the government
or president and congress. Why does the government consider
education, science, and other things, and not consider morality?
When the government only creates many violent laws to punish the
people, why does the government teach morality to the people to
let them avoid cheaters? For example, we plant a young apple
tree, bend it to look like a dragon or a lion, control it
easily. But if we wait for it to be an old apple tree and we try
to bend it, it would break up and not follow us. Significantly,
the government or president looks like the parents who should
teach their children perfectly. Their children grow up, study
well, become good citizens, and dedicate their lives to the
country. Morality comes from a family, which looks like a nation
to its president and people. Morality comes from a nation. If a
nation has morality, it will not have more crimes. If the
country does not teach a morality program, the nation has more
and more prisoners. We think that the parents lack their duty
and responsibility with their children. In fact, a nation has
more and more crimes; the government lacks the duty,
responsibility, and power to lead the country.
Otherwise, a country only creates more and more laws to exploit
people by cruel taxes and punishments, so this government is the
demagogy. I said, “A government makes more laws which look like
spiders’ webs, will use them only to entangle and hold the
poorest and weakest, while the rich and powerful will easily
break through them.”
Therefore, a nation has more and more laws to punish people;
this government strongly exploits its people. For example, the
United States is the rich nation, more than other countries in
the world, because the United States has cruel taxes laws.
However, the United States seems to not teach a morality
program; therefore, the United States has more crimes than other
countries. Certainly, Vietnam will apply Confucian and Buddhist
methods to teach Vietnamese generations because Vietnam would
need to be a perfect country without war, crime, and hate in the
future.
First, Vietnam will not have any wars in the future because the
Vietnamese generations will teach Confucian and Buddhist
methods, and then they are honest men. I would like to tell you
about Confucius and Buddha. Let’s know about them. Confucius was
born (551-479 BCE.) He was born in the state of Lu, now what the
Chinese call Shandong Province in China. He lived at a time when
the Chinese society had disintegrated into social and political
chaos. He was impressed by these events and he asked a question.
He said, “How do the benefits and happiness of the people build
a good life?”
He came from a family of nobility. He was fatherless when he was
three years old. He got married when he was nineteen years old
and found a government job, but he was a Chinese educator, not a
Chinese politician. He developed a humanistic doctrine, but
after two hundred years had gone by, the Chinese people and in
the world proved his moral doctrine.
I would like to tell you about Buddha because he was a great man
who dropped his fame, luxury, glory, and beautiful wife. He
sought a good way to teach human life when humankind lived in a
chaotic society. He was born (561 BCE) into a royal family in
Nepal twelve years of Confucius was born. His life was luxury
and pleasure in the palace. One day he took a trip outside his
palace. The chaotic humans shocked him. He witnessed the people
who were experiencing illness, old age, and death. When he was
twenty-nine, he left his comfortable life, became an ascetic
monk, and searched for the solution to the suffering problem.
When he turned eighty, he died in 483 (BCE) before the Common
Era, before Socrates was born. Before he died, he did not eat
everything, sat under the Bo tree, and discovered how to
overcome suffering. When Buddha created the Four Noble Truths to
teach us, we memorized them and tried to follow them we could
have a peaceful world, and humankind could enjoy happiness and a
country did not have more laws because we did not go to war with
any countries. We became good civilians to follow the national
laws. In fact, Buddha taught us to learn by heart his Four Noble
Truths and eight paths, so our life would not need any lawyers
to help us, and the government could not establish more jails to
punish us. For example, Four Noble Truths:
In the suffering, origin of suffering, cessation of suffering,
and way of practice leading to the cessation of suffering, our
life overcame sufferings, and then we were happy. For example, I
did not have any money, and I suffered when I did not find a
job. However, I did not have any money, so I thought I was
happier than a rich man or magnate, because I did not worry
about robbery, or not lose my capital and interests when I
invested it. I did not have any money, but if I robbed the bank,
I could die by the police or in being detained. My suffering
increases tenfold bigger. If we learned by the heart Fourth
Noble Truths and the Noble Eightfold Path of Buddha: Right
Understanding (View), Right Thought, Right Speech, Right Action,
Right Livelihood, Right Effort, Right Mindfulness, and Right
Concentration, we were happy. When a man lost the Noble
Eightfold Path of Buddha, he had become a barbarous man.
I learned what the Noble Eightfold Paths of Buddha are. Here are
the things that he called for: His Right View is the knowledge
of suffering, the knowledge of the origin of suffering, the
knowledge of the cessation of suffering, and the knowledge of
the way of practice leading to the cessation of suffering. His
Right Thought is the thought of renunciation, the thought of
non-ill will, and the thought of harmlessness. His Right Speech
is refraining from lying, refraining from slander, refraining
from harsh speech, and refraining from frivolousness. His Right
Action is refraining from taking life, refraining from taking
what is not given, and refraining from sexual misconduct. His
Right Livelihood is the Ariyan discipline, having given up the
wrong livelihood, and keeping ourselves by the right livelihood.
His Right Effort arouses our will, making an effort, stirring up
energy, exerting our mind, and striving to prevent the arising
of unaired evil and unwholesome mental states. I would rouse my
will and strive to overcome evil and unwholesome mental states
that have arisen. I should rouse my will and strive to produce
unaired wholesome mental states. I must rouse my will and make
my effort to stir up my energy, exert my mind, and struggle to
maintain wholesome mental states that have arisen, not let them
fade away in my heart, soul, and mind, so I bring them to
greater growth to the full perfection of development. His Right
Mindfulness is abiding contemplating body as body, ardently and
clearly aware and mindfulness, having put a side hankering and
fretting for the world. I learn from Buddha that I abide
contemplating mind as mind, mind objects as mind objects, being
ardent, clearly aware and mindful, having put aside hankering
and fretting for the world. His Right Mindfulness is detaching
from sense desire and unwholesome mental states. I learn from
Buddha that I enter and remain in the first refers to altered
states of consciousness that occur in meditation which is with
thinking and pondering, born of detachment, filled with delight
and joy. For example, husband and wife have marital duties. Why
did the wife kill her husband or husband killed the wife?
Because this wife and husband were not taught a morality
program, they did not realize philosophical morality. They
esteemed the material world higher than their wife or husband.
Significantly, we teach a morality program to the young
generations, which are different than teaching law and science
or technology or economy. We teach law and science when the
children are mature, but we teach morality programs when the
children are young. Because the children’ brains look like white
paper, we write a little word which appears specifically. If its
dirty or old paper, we need darker ink or a bigger pen. The old
men and teenagers learn morality program difficultly because
many things in their lives distract their brains. If the
charitable parents of a family taught their children to become
good men, they were happy. Thus, a charitable president of a
country was happy when his country did not have any crimes and
prisoners because he had led his people to a living paradise
better than a country that went to war with its neighbors. A
country had a lot of crimes and prisoners, so its leader was
bad, or a country had more jails than schools, so this
government was a demagogy. Morality looked like a seed, which
was good, and then its tree was wonderful. Thus, a bad seed
could not grow from a beautiful tree. One country did not teach
any morality program to the young generations, so this country
could break up in the future.
Vietnam will avoid war and hate; the Vietnam government should
apply a morality program to the young Vietnamese generations
when Vietnam has elected the right law, modern science and
strong economics. If not, Vietnam will have war and hate in the
future. The Vietnamese morality had been destroyed for one
hundred years when the foreign invaders ripped apart the
traditional Vietnamese culture. From the former times up to now,
foreign countries had built up wars in Vietnam because Vietnam
is an important site strategic not only for Asia, but also in
the world. To avoid the war and hate, Vietnam should establish a
neutral capitalist country and multicultural society to prevent
narrow minds.
Where Will the American Democracy go?

The most people in the world think that the United States of
America that a country is the greatest of democracy than other
countries in the world. However, when President George Bush has
become a leader, the American democracy seems to be lost its
great role in itself and where will the American Democracy go to
the future? Because the right democracy always protects its
people, it does not discriminate behaving any class or race. If
the factual of democracy is right, its people are never trampled
down by the powerful, or dictatorial and or military
dictatorship, so the people and government look like the fish
and water. However, under my eyes look to the true events when I
wear with my white glasses without any color, I see the
obviously events of the United States of America. Therefore, I
do understand some reasons of the American democracy that have
been going down because the American Justice, Executive, and
Legislative gradually leave their people, so the human rights of
the American people are to be cold.
First of all, the American Justice betrays its people because it
did not recognize any human rights of the American people. For
example, the American people have been working hard in order to
earn good money, paying the federal tax, state, and many bills
in their lives, and making their right duties. After working day
has gone, the American people wish to peacefully rest. No one
must not be bothered them. However, their little dream is not
right because the American Justice did not recognize this. It
allowed to the American police that they have right to conduct a
search of the American houses, do not need any court order and
think to the American houses, which look like an American
casino, but the American guarders protect the American casinos.
In fact, the American social is the same as communism. The
American people are to be the good tools when the powerful uses
them and throws them to the garbage. Otherwise, the American
Justice only protects its powerful and rich men. It did not
concern to the weakest and poorest of the American people.
Truly, the American Justice maltreated me, did not judge my case
because I am an American poor, and thought me look like an human
soil because the American laws left me to the Vietnamese
Communist government, which sent to put me to the Vietnamese
Communist concentration camp for an half and six years, but when
I have come to the United States of America, am become an
American citizenship, complained to compensate my case, so the
American Justice did not judge for me. In fact, the American
government freely destroyed when the American soldiers were
invading Vietnam for nearby twenty years. They used their
dioxide Orange, destroyed the natural environments of Vietnam,
and made many Vietnamese people that have been getting the
cancer. However, the Vietnamese Communist government has been
claimed to the American Supreme Court, so the American Justice
did not judge this case, but the American government always
introduces itself in justice. If someone destroyed to the
American country, the American government quickly struck back,
did not need to the United Nations Organization, and trampled
the public opinion down.
Second, the American Executive always tramples the American
people down. It has not respect the sovereignty of the American
people. For example, the American government is authorized to
freely find out of the own information like mail, telephone,
conversation, and email of its sacred people because the
American government thinks that its people look like to cast
between two fires, or the fish lays between a knife and wooden
chopping board. Moreover, when the American government secretly
releases important information’s spy of state, the American
assistance secretly gave this important news to An American
reporter. After that, the American government declared against
the American reporter who was illegal action to be traitorous
nation, the American Court imprisoned this reporter because the
American government has joyfully been playing its demagogy
policy. In this event, I think that the American government
looks like the Vietnamese Communist government because the
Vietnamese Communist government always worried to the former
soldiers of South Vietnam might throw its reign and should
rebuild the Republic of Vietnam. Therefore, the Vietnamese
Communist spies had been disguising themselves in South
Vietnamese rebellions, trapping the innocent people, and sending
them to jail. In the United States of America has this case,
because the American spy disguises in one to Al-Qaeda terror,
conquers them to be the terrors, and traps them. According to a
skillful spy does good job, has high duty, and is to have a
spy’s conscience, he has never had using a terror’s cap, which
is not covered on the innocent people’ heads, because the honest
people do not become the crime. But the American spy straps them
when the honest Americans did not have any spy network, or
Al-Qaeda organization supports to the honest Americans. Perhaps,
the American discrimination policy has been taking an assumed
terrorism to the innocent American heads in order to support its
invading war policy. For example, in Liberty City, Miami,
Florida, an American spy takes the cap of terrorism to cover to
the American heads because the American spy has been learning
from the terrorism of communism. I have known them from the
American news that seven Americans did not have any weapons,
secret strings and terror’s organization from Middle East. The
only having American spy has built this situation. If the
American spy did not trap them, they might not do that. We knew
that an excellent, moral, and conscientious spy, who has never
used his terror’s cap in order to cover to any innocent man
because the American Democracy did not allow any spy to do this,
but the spy’s duty, has been finding out to punish the national
betrayer without any trapper network.
Third, the American Legislative betrays its voters because the
American voters voted them in order to serve their people, to
help poor Americans, and to build their nation. However, when
they came in power into the American Legislative, they cannot do
right these duties. For example, the American people have been
paying a lot of tax to their nation than other people in the
world. If an American person did not pay tax to his or her
nation, the American Court might judge him or her because he or
she was not good citizen. Moreover, their American Legislative
did not concern to many homeless Americans because nearby eight
millions of homeless Americans did not have any law for helping
them, but the American Legislative was available to sign the
biggest bill, which has risen up many billions dollars to spend
for the invading war without the unreasoned rights. For example,
the Vietnam and Iraq Wars have been spending over ten thousands
of billion dollars, so the American people are to be the money
debt of foreign countries going up ten thousands of billion
dollars. If it is good of the American Legislative, it cannot
let its people have more debts. In fact, some American
Legislator corrupted like Tom Perry, who did not dedicate his
duty to his nation, but he was a worm of the American social.
With regard to a world power, it symbolizes for the true, the
good, and the beautiful, should not be deceived to anyone or
country, and but must be won all of the hearts of people.
However, the American Legislative seems to forget these methods
of a work power. Significantly, when the American Legislative
created its law in order to invade to Vietnam, skilled more than
three millions of Vietnamese innocent people, and deceived one
million soldiers of South Vietnam, but the American Legislative
did not compensate any penny to the Vietnamese people and
soldiers, did not apologize to them, and not follow any law of
war of the United Nations.
In conclusion, we realize that capitalism and communism are
different. Communism has been applying its military dictator in
order to trap, to oppress, and to trample the human being down,
but capitalism applies its individual character in order to
develop democracy, intellectual standard of people, and many
right freedoms. However, when I was living in Vietnam for the
long time, the communist dictator freely investigated my house
without court order, I was covered a cap of national reaction by
the Vietnamese communist spies, I did not have any right to
request for compensating when my property was nationalized by
the Vietnamese communist reign. Next, I have come to the United
States of America, seen these returned views, and perhaps
released that the American Democracy only welcomes to the rich
and powerful men, so it is available to trample the weakest and
poorest down.
The Fate of Vietnamese Officer- Refugees

Certainly, few Westerners specifically understand the history of
Vietnam from 1001 to the present. It was ruled at the hands of
three empires: Chinese, French, and American. Therefore, the
Vietnamese people expelled them; the Vietnamese people were left
underdeveloped and poor. When they left Vietnam, they brought
many Vietnamese officers with them, and these people were
referred to as refugees. We would like to investigate the fate
of Vietnamese refugees from 1788 to 2000 "The former & New
Vietnamese Officer-Refugees" have been leaving Vietnam for one
thousand years from the three aforementioned empires: Chinese,
French, and American. Vietnam was founded four thousand years
ago, and it rose and fell from many civilian wars. Because of
that, many Vietnamese officers became refugees.
For centuries, the Chinese invaded Vietnam for a long time. We,
the Vietnamese people, were dominated and controlled by the
Chinese government for thousands of years. When the Chinese left
Vietnam, they brought many Vietnamese officers with them who
worked as their allies. However, the Chinese government did not
maltreat its allies such as the Vietnamese officers, but Chinh,
the emperor of the Chinese, duped the Vietnamese officers. For
example, in 1788, Quang Trung was a Vietnamese hero who
overthrew the reign of King Chieu Thong (a Vietnamese king who
was an ally of the Chinese). When Quang Trung defeated the
Chinese and King Chieu Thong, he regained the independence of
Vietnam. However, General An Khang of the Chinh's emperor was
bribed with a lot of gold, money, and treasure by the hero Quang
Trung so that the Chinese would not return to Vietnam.
When King Chieu Thong and his officers fled Vietnam, he wanted
to rebuild his regime again. One day, Chieu Thong was invited to
a discussion with General An Khang. When An Khang advised him,
he said, “If you want to rebuild your reign, you must wear
Chinese clothes and cut your hair to look like the Chinese
people.” Le Chieu Thong decided that his officers and he should
disguise themselves as Chinese. Ironically, when his officers
and he had already cut their hair and wore Chinese clothes, An
Khang brought them to meet King Chinh. An Khang said, “This is
Chieu Thong and his officers, who do not want to return to
Vietnam, because they have become Chinese.” Therefore, King
Chinh nominated Chieu Thong and his officers to go somewhere in
China. The Vietnamese people fought with the French for over one
hundred years. In 1954, when Vietnam defeated the French, they
brought many Vietnamese officers, who worked with them as their
allies to France. The French government did not maltreat these
Vietnamese officers by forcing them to work as coolies, because
they included scholars, magnates, and many Vietnamese soldiers
who fought for the French in Africa, because they thought that
they had a responsibility to serve the mother country of France.
In 1954, after graduating from a United States university,
Berkeley, Mr. Ngo Dinh Diem came back to Vietnam and overthrew
the Bao Dai regime. He fought against the North Vietnamese
Communists in order to have freedom and human rights for South
Vietnam. He did not want the American government to interfere in
internal Vietnam polities, but the American government supported
the right-wing elements in South Vietnam. Therefore, a group of
corrupt right-wing officers such as General Tran Thien Khiem,
(Khiem received three million dollars from the CIA of the United
States,) General Duong Van Minh, and Colonel Nguyen Van Thieu,
overthrew him, because President Ngo Dinh Diem did not follow
and agree with American policy. In fact, Mrs. Ellen J. Hammer,
an American historian said, “Today, a Vietnamese Catholic
president, who has become president to lead Vietnam, is killed
by an American Catholic president, who allowed the killing of
the Vietnamese president.” In fact, the American government
played a game of musical chairs with Vietnam. After Captain
Nguyen Khanh signed a treaty on April 16, 1964 with the United
States that allowed the American army to come to Vietnam so that
they would protect freedom and human rights in South Vietnam,
the U.S. government solemnly said, “We are an ally of yours,”
and so on.
In 1973, the US government agreed to sign a treaty for peace in
Vietnam. Its promise was like a nail put into hard wood. For
this, Henry Kissinger received the Nobel Peace Price. However,
the United States did not keep its promise in the treaty of
Paris in 1973, and the US government decided the fate of the
South Vietnamese people and Vietnamese officers. In 1975, the
Uunited States turned on the green light for the Vietnamese
Communists to overthrow South Vietnam. As a result, many
Vietnamese people and Vietnamese officers came to the US as
refugees. Unfortunately, almost all of the Vietnamese officers
were killed and others were put into concentration camps to
rehabilitate and die at the hands of the Vietnamese Communists.
After fifteen years, the United States government thought that
the Vietnamese Republic officers looked withered lemons, whose
water could be used for medicine. Therefore, the United States
government signed a bill called, “The Humanitarian Operation for
the Vietnamese Republic officers of South Vietnam.” However, the
Vietnamese Communists told Dr. Nguyen Van Hao that he should
bribe the commerce minister of the United States in order that
the Vietnamese Communists could have most favored nation status.
It looked like the story of Quang Trung repeating itself. The
Vietnamese Communists sold these political prisoners to the
United States because they were afraid that these former
Vietnamese Republic officers would overthrow the Vietnamese
Communist regime in the future. However, the buyer thought that
these Vietnamese officers were cheaper than slaves in the
pre-history of the United States. Because the Vietnamese
Republic paid for airplane tickets and the health care, they
must pay to the International Rescue Committees and Vietnamese
Communists. At the time, the Vietnamese Communists had
nationalized all the properties of the Vietnamese officers, but
the government of the US gave them eight months of the smallest
benefit to resettle. “Each month was $250.00 for immigration”
(Two hundred fifty dollars per month). How would these refugees
be expected to rebuild in a new country like the mother country
of America in such a short adjustment period and with so little
help? The US government replaced the sufferings of the prisoners
of conscience with the fresh air of freedom. It was called the
“Operation Humanity” program. In fact, the United States
government maltreated the captains, majors, and generals of the
Republic of Vietnam who came to the United States. They had to
work at low-level occupations such as gardeners, janitors, a
farm-worker, and a coolie in order to earn a little money for
living. Some of them could not work, and therefore had to return
to Vietnam, or to go to the welfare department to beg for food
and a little money for living. They were disgraced and
disparaged by their former allies. The adjustments to lives as
gardeners, coolies or janitors were extreme after they struggled
so hard to become high-ranking military officers in their home
country .
In the distant past, the Chinese deceived Vietnamese officers.
Later, they were made to serve as mercenary soldiers by the
French government in their colonial wars.
Now, their US allies deceived the Vietnamese officers. In fact,
the peace treaty of Paris betrayed the Republic of Vietnam’s
officers in 1973, because the government intended it. Nowadays,
few Westerners know the situation of these former Vietnamese
officers and their status as refugees in the United States.
Indeed, many of them probably would have stayed in Vietnam, if
they had known what their fate would be in the United States.
They were not like cows, placid and vegetable-like. In the end,
nothing seemed capable of disturbing this animal, and the animal
seemed to want nothing more out of life than to lead a simple,
vegetable existence. This is not the desire of these refugees
who want to progress with their new lives in the United States.
In my case, I was a lieutenant in the army of the Republic of
Vietnam in civilian life. I was an artist, specifically a
sculptor and poet, as the Human Services Department of San Mateo
County has long known. However, I have been, and continue to be,
maltreated, oppressed, and discriminated against by the majority
culture of San Mateo County. When I first came here in November
1993, I strictly obeyed the laws of this country, but I was
demeaned and maltreated by the Human Services Department of San
Mateo. In fact, I had trained for a coolie job; I was working
with many mental cases and criminals in Goodwill Industries in
this county. However, they got their salaries, but the Human
Services Department of San Mateo paid me only $36.00 per month.
(Thirty-six dollars per month) To conclude, we Vietnamese
refugees have a history of over one thousand years of following
our ally, but we did not look like homeless beggars. We have
served three foreign empires, and each time, the foreign
government mistreated us; the Vietnamese refugees must struggle
for justice; if not, we would be like a well without water, and
our lives like a young tree, which falls in the deep forest, no
one hears its sound. Significantly, I believe that the American
people and the American justice system will have repaid my
individual honor and the honor of Vietnamese people, because the
American Constitution contains the Bill of Rights and the human
rights in the world to know them. They did not emancipate their
dirty bodies, but they want to emancipate the Vietnamese people
in Vietnam. In other words, they heard about the American
government’s intention to have international relations with the
Vietnamese Communist government. They would judge the American
government to be unfair.

For nearly fifty years the US defense policy was defined by
conflict with the Soviet Union. From the Berlin airlift in 1948
to the Vietnam escalation in 1965 to the Star Wars initiative in
1983, the US has been seen as willing to pay any price to halt
the spread of communism. In the 1980s, the Soviet Union itself
ceased to exist, and the US became the only superpower.
America changed its defense policies. Every country today
realizes that a nation cannot live alone but also depends on the
other countries. Economic success will give power to a country,
therefore a strong economy and global trade are more important
to defense than a large military without financial support.
At the Yalta Conference in 1945, US President Franklin Roosevelt
and Soviet leader Joseph Stalin agreed that East European
nations were entitled to self-determination within a Soviet
Union zone of influence, but Stalin breached The agreement. And
US diplomat George Kennan said that wherever the Soviets could
successfully challenge Western institutions, they would do so.
He recommended that American policy toward the Soviets be " firm
and vigilant containment of Russian expansive tendencies
."e;
President Harry S. Truman, in his address to Congress in 1947,
saw the Soviet Union as an aggressive ideological foe bent on
global domination that could be stopped only by the forceful use
of US power, and most American leaders felt they had
responsibility to prevent the spread of communism .
Also, after World War II, a number of countries that had been
colonies of European countries obtained freedom, and four
general trends affected the history of Vietnam, and the United
States.
First, when Vietnam, under the leadership of Ho Chi Minh, won
its freedom from France, the South refused to follow Ho any
longer, and the two Vietnams were created at the Geneva
Conference in 1956. As history shows, the North soon beset the
South, and American leaders felt they had a responsibility to
assist the people of South Vietnam from a communist takeover.
The second factor was the rise of the US as world power. After
World War II, the US helped rebuild Europe, helped Japan, and
helped set up alliances such as the North Atlantic Treaty
Orangization (NATO). Most American leaders felt the US had
responsibility to work for freedom and to prevent takeovers by
oppresors.
Thus, American leaders left responsible for preventing the
spread of communism in Vietnam, and the protect of losing a war
to a small country like Vietnam was unthinkable.
The third factor was using Vietnam as a place to exercise new
weapons and techniques, air attacks, naval blockades, Agent
Orange, DDT, etc, to affect the Soviet Union and Red China, if
indirectly.
The 1972 bombings by our B-52s killed many innocent people,
Vietnamese women and children, and in the US there were many
young people meeting and striking against America's role in the
Vietnam.
The fourth factor was the financial interest of American
armament businesses. The billionaires could earn more money with
war supplies the longer the war lasted, although American and
Vietnamese had to die in the process.
The ruination in Vietnam-villagers, hospitals, schools destroyed
and agricultures; Both North and South had suffered destruction,
and about 12% of the South had been sprayed with Agent Orange,
other chemical defoliants, DDT had been used liberally, as was
napalm.
Even today, many people feel that the United States used Vietnam
as a place to try out new weapons-including Agent Orange and
other chemicals, since Hanoi was being aided by the USSR and RED
CHINA.
The Americans used strategies in Vietnam to prove to the USSR
and Red China that they were equal to any threats such countries
might make against the US or its policies. Many people see that
armament factories have made a lot of money, and they quote " ;
Quang's doctrine of the rich: there is no war, there is no more
money. "

We've seen Canada does not take place any wars so the Canadian people are happy great than other countries of having wars. In conditions, a nation has talent leaders that they've never dreamed their people would sacrifice for cruel wars. Because the rich country would esteem the more youths of labors, the economic of nation is always increased more than the national wars.
Third, the faithful Canadians are symbolized by the Canadian forgiveness when they are bathing on the sea. Truly, we've understood that Canadian country seems to unable enemy in the worldwide. If the dirty body of men does not take any bath, he or she is very unendurable one's self and then, he or she must take a bath. He or she is very happy. In contrast, if few countries of the worldwide should follow the faithful Canadians, these countries should be rich and peaceful that they are the same as the Canadian doing. Significantly, if a leader of the world would not realize to the happy people and ethics, the leader should be learned for the Canadian leader, because this leader always considers to its peaceful people than other countries that they are chaotic morality.
In conclusion, we've realized the Canadian Art, understood to the Canadian standard and the Canadian ethics are very wonderful art if they seem not shown up Canadian art, we are unable to find out any Canadian traditions. When we understand the art, we are cheerful more than the modern weapons. Because we see the dead bodies, we are awful and then we could reduce the expectation of the life. Meanwhile, we'd seen the nakedness, so we think of the ethics. If we shall evaluate between the sex and the morality, we'd drop the free love let's protect happy family. If someone esteems free love than the morality, the one should be lost all things of one's self.
The Recital Impressed my Heart

For the time, I enjoyed live music in the English
language. The soft voice and the mezzo-soprano of Rosalee Szabo
impressed and stirred all my soul and heart. When she sang "The
Harvest of Sorrow; " each person had bittersweet memories of
life across time and space
When she sang "The Harvest of Sorrow," her voice aroused all my
wonderful-memories. I remembered my childhood when I used to
harvest the poor field. In those days my feet did not wear shoes
and my legs did not wear jeans, and my body did not wear a
shirt. When I harvested many yellow sheaves, the sun shone like
hot flame poured on my body and the bitter perspiration ran
squirming all over my body. Or I was fighting for freedom, human
rights and equality, but Vietnamese communists put me in jail
I came to the United States, and who trained me to work in the
dust? I was the same as a dog who was gnawing some bones. After
that, in my opinion I had decided that the life of the
ex-political prisoner and the life of the artist, and the life
of the poet were like the dog. In the meantime, we were hungry
for life. Therefore, I thought the life of this artist and
ex=political prisoner was cheaper that the carrot in the
supermarket, but Rosalee Szabo gave me joy and a few minutes
where my life had worth. Today, I live here in a new country ,
in the great civilization of the world, and I have been studying
at the wonderful Canada College; moreover; I enjoyed her soft
voice. It impressed my mind, and I was reminded to love the
farmer who worked in the poor field.
I have many bittersweet memories and many hard days since I left
my country, but when I heard her tender song, then my life
seemed like a young oleander getting water and the shining of
the sun.
I thought she was the best of mankind, especially for us.
Rosalee Szabo will surely have a wonderful life because she
brought her sweet song to offer to all the students at Canada
College. At our age, we have known a lot of people who were
trampling on the bodies of the poor people with hard life.
Beyond that, these is Rosalee Szabo, who offered her very tender
song for us to enjoy. It was food for the mind that was more
wonderful than physical food. Her one hour of recital was worth
more than a pound of gold, because her son carried us to forget
everything. We forgot anger. We truly loved the lives of others
in harmony. Her beautiful virtue impressed me. If I am
successful in studying, I should be able to donate part of the
rest of my life to mankind because its happiness looked like my
own. Its source of life is a important as my life, and its
sorrow looked like my own.
